(B) Conventional Technology Various knitted fabrics using crimped yarns or spun yarns made of multifilaments have been proposed as knitted fabrics having improved bulkiness, heat retention, sweat absorption, and the like. However, for example, a knitted fabric using a multifilament crimped yarn has drawbacks such as a cold feeling peculiar to synthetic fibers, lack of heat retention, and poor sweat absorption. A knitted fabric using spun yarn can have excellent heat retention and sweat absorbing properties due to the large amount of fluff, twist structure, and sweat absorbing property of the spun yarn, but these knitted fabrics are Since the structure and the hygroscopicity of the constituent fibers only depend on the hygroscopic effect of the spun yarn itself, the evapotranspiration of sweat is inferior, and the sweat absorbing property is still insufficient. Furthermore, the conventional knitted fabric using such spun yarn has a poor unwinding property at the knitting stage,
In addition, fly cotton is likely to be generated and mixed in, and the strength of the yarn is low, so that the knitting property or the quality is deteriorated, which has serious drawbacks in operation.

In the knitted fabric of the present invention, a composite yarn forming a knitted fabric surface (1)
As shown in FIG. 2, consists of twisted short fiber yarn (Y) and filament yarn (F), and alternates entangled portions (A) and parallel joint portions (B) in the yarn longitudinal direction. Have. Here, the entangled portion (A) means that the bundled twisting portion (Ya) of the twisted short fiber yarn (Y) and the filament yarn (F) are tension during knitting or heat shrinkage during dyeing. Separated by
It refers to a portion in which the relative position is intertwined relatively firmly so that the relative position does not move and the parallel joint portion (B) means loose fluff (Yb) of twisted short fiber yarn (Y). And the filament yarn (F) are partially entangled with each other, and the bundled twisting portion (Ya) of the twisted short fiber yarn (Y) and the filament yarn (F) are superficially joined without being mixed with each other. , That is,
It means a part in a state of being arranged in a substantially parallel state without being substantially entangled. Since the composite yarn (1) has the entangled portion (A) and the parallel joint portion (B) as described above and contains the twisted short fiber yarn (Y), the interfiber void ratio is extremely high. Further, in the dyeing process step (which is also a heat treatment step) of the knitted knitted fabric, based on the difference in yarn length caused by the difference in heat shrinkage originally possessed by the twisted short fiber yarn (Y) and the filament yarn (F), Sag is formed and the inter-fiber porosity is increased. Furthermore, the composite yarn (1) has characteristics and features such as extremely good bundling property, little short fibers coming off and falling out, good unwinding property, and easy handling of yarns during knitting. is doing.

The twisted short fiber yarn (Y) and the filament yarn (F) that compose the composite yarn (1) used in the present invention are as described above.
When the twisted short fiber yarn (Y) has a lower heat shrinkage rate than the filament yarn (F), there is a difference in heat shrinkability, but the twisted short fiber yarn ( Y) is exposed preferentially to the surface of the knitted fabric, the voids between fibers are significantly increased, and extremely excellent soft touch swelling and warm feeling can be imparted, while twisted short fiber yarn (Y) When the heat shrinkage rate of is higher than that of filament yarn (F),
The filament yarn (F) is exposed preferentially on the surface of the knitted fabric,
Softness is slightly reduced, but the twisted short fiber yarn (Y)
There is no problem in increasing the inter-fiber void due to the expression of the different contraction effect of the filament yarn (F), and the effect of forming the void can be sufficiently exerted. As for the difference in heat shrinkability between the twisted short fiber yarn (Y) and the filament yarn (F), it is desirable that the difference in shrinkage ratio due to hot water treatment is 5% or more. Based on the above, the above phenomenon becomes more remarkable. Here, the heat shrinkage includes shrinkage caused by stabilization of the fiber structure by heat treatment, and shrinkage caused by crimp development by heat treatment. The shrinkage rate (%) due to hot water treatment is determined by the following measuring method.

The double knitted fabric according to the present invention is configured as described above,
If the knitted fabric obtained by using this knitted fabric is worn with the back side of the knitted fabric facing the skin, it exhibits excellent sweat absorption and sweat evaporation. That is, the sweat adhering to the back surface of the knitted fabric is removed by the composite yarn.
The twisted short fiber yarn (Y) of (1) can be effectively transferred to the surface of the knitted fabric by the action of capillarity through the loose fluff. Furthermore, since the multifilament yarn (2) on the back surface of the knitted fabric has low water absorption and excellent parallelism between filaments, it promotes the action of transferring sweat to the knitted fabric surface. A large number of inter-fiber voids formed on the surface of the knitted fabric can serve as innumerable seats for temporarily retaining water. Since the yarn having low heat shrinkability is preferentially exposed on the surface of the knitted fabric, fine unevenness is generated on the surface of the knitted fabric, the proportion of the yarn contacting with the outside air is large, and the evaporation of water is excellent. It is considered that the above characteristics are exhibited in combination with the effects of the above.

From the above point of view, as the twisted short fiber yarn (Y) of the composite yarn (1) used in the present invention, for example, natural fibers such as cotton, wool, hemp, etc., recycled fibrous fibers, or synthetic fibers having microporous, etc. It is desirable to use a yarn made of highly hygroscopic fiber, which can exhibit a better sweat absorbing effect.
The filament yarn (F) and the multifilament yarn (2) may be any synthetic fibers such as polyester type, polyamide type and polyacrylonitrile type.
A yarn with low water absorbency is preferred to promote the transfer effect of sweat, and especially when a hydrophobic multifilament yarn is used, the transferability of sweat is remarkably enhanced, and thus the evaporation and evaporation property of sweat from the knitted fabric is increased. be able to. Even with crimped yarn,
Although the non-crimped yarn may be used, the use of the crimped yarn can markedly improve the bulkiness and stretch-back property of the knitted fabric. The crimped yarn may be any of a false twist crimped yarn, a stuffer crimped yarn, a shaped crimped yarn, or a latent crimped yarn.
