DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in the above configuration, the heater cover 2 made of an aluminum thin plate is caulked and fixed to the side plate 1a of the cooler 1, so that the work is difficult and the work is likely to be uncertain. There is rattling in the caulking part, abnormal noise of the metal is generated due to slight vibration during the cooling operation, and in the mounting leg 5 part to which the defrosting tube heater 4 is mounted, the mounting leg 5 is made of metal and is used for defrosting. Since the tube heater 4 is a glass tube, increasing the holding strength may cause a problem that the defrosting tube heater 4 is cracked or easily loosened when loosened. There is also a risk that the heater cover 2 will be corroded and the locking piece 3 will come off due to long-term use. Furthermore, the defrosting water is supplied to the defrosting pipe heater 4 while the power is on.
When moisture permeates from the cord part of the heater, the heater cover 2 is made of aluminum, so that electricity flows and electric leakage occurs from the cooler 1 to the outside through the connecting pipe (not shown) of the cooling system. there were.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, since the heater holder 19 is provided with the engaging portion 19a and is fitted to the refrigerant pipe 14c by utilizing the elasticity of the resin, the mounting work becomes easy, and the engaging portion 19a is also provided. Since two are formed in parallel, stable support can be achieved and no vibration noise is generated due to rattling. Further, even if the defrosting water permeates the defrosting tube heater 18, since the heater holder 19 is made of resin, it does not conduct electricity so that there is no risk of leakage to the cooler 14.
The contact plate 19c is formed on the heater holder 19, and the side plate 14a is formed.
Since it is in contact with the fins 14b, stable mounting can be achieved. Further, since the defrosting tube heater 18 is held by the holding portion 19b having a cylindrical shape, the defrosting tube heater 18 is stressed and cracked as in the conventional case, or, conversely, is detached. To prevent it. Further, since the heater cover 20 is caulked and fixed to the heater holder 19, the defrosting tube heater 18, the heater cover 20, and the heater holder are preliminarily attached before the defrosting tube heater 18 or the like is attached to the cooler 14. 19 is assembled and after that, the assembly is cooled.
As it can be attached to 14, the assembly work becomes very easy.

Further, according to the present embodiment, the phenomenon that water vapor enters the inside of the defrosting tube heater 18 to collect water droplets is also possible by forming the water drain hole 18e in the mold portion 18c of the defrosting tube heater 18. The structure is such that the water can be discharged through the drain hole 18e. Further, since the lower end surface of the side plate 14a is covered by the contact plate 19c of the heater holder 19, the cord 18d is attached to the side plate 14a.
It also prevents the risk of the cord 18d being damaged by hitting the end face.
