の側面に密着して着脱可能なケーシング11が設けられ、
そのケーシング11には巻取軸2を貫通させる透孔12及び
その透孔12を中心として所定半径の円形をした凹部13が
形成され、またその凹部13と連通する溝14がその一端部
に外方への開口部15を有し、パイプスプリング16を有す
る曲部を構成し、他端部を閉じて収納室17として一連に
形成されている。ケーシング11の凹部13には、透孔12に
嵌合して、巻取軸2と係合する歯車18が設けられる。歯
車18は内周歯部19を有し、その内周歯部19が巻取軸2の
歯部9に噛合する。そして、凹部13内において、歯車18
を中心として複数個のコマ20が歯車18と係脱可能に設け
られる。このコマ20は、環状体を例えば四個の等分に分
割してなるもので、円周面略中央部に上記歯車18と噛合
する弧状歯部21を形成するとともに、その両端部近傍に
切り欠き部20aを形成して無歯部20bを形成し、かつ、外
周面に溝22を形成してなる。各コマ20は弾性体たるコイ
ルばね23でそれぞれ連結されており、またそのコイルば
ね23で拡径されていて、常時には弧状歯部21が歯車18と
噛合しないように付勢されている。各コマ20の周溝22は
適宜の凹凸表面を形成して摩擦係数が向上するようにし
てある。そして、この溝22にはワイヤなどの索条体24が
数回巻回されて包囲し、その索条体24の一端部は、溝14
の開口部15を経て前記ガスジェネレーター6に螺合して
一体構成されるジョイント25を気密に貫通し、そのジョ
イント25に一端部が連結固定されるシリンダー26に導入
され、かつ、そのシリンダー26内に移動可能に挿入され
たピストン27と連結されて再引き締め装置を形成してい
る。索条体24の他端部は各コマ20の溝22を数回巻回して
後、前記ケーシング11の溝14を経て曲部においてパイプ
スプリング16に摺接し、更に溝14の収納室17に自由端と
して収納されている。シリンダー26はピストン27の所要
の移動距離を確保できる所定の長さを有し、その他端部
は先細で外部に開口している。上記各コマ20を凹部13に
収納してこれを覆うカバーケーシング28が、複数本のね
じ29でケーシング11に着脱可能に設けられ、その軸孔30
から巻取軸2の割り溝10が外方へ突出し、その割り溝10
