Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in a boost chopper circuit, a reactance L 1 and a switching element Q 1 are connected in series between DC input terminals as shown in FIG. 2, and a damper diode D 1 and a smoothing capacitor C are connected to the switching element Q 1. A circuit composed of 1s is connected in parallel, and the voltage boosted from both ends of the smoothing capacitor C 1 is obtained by turning on and off the switching element Q 1 under the control of a control circuit (not shown). Switching element Q 1 of this kind of boost chopper circuit
The power supply for the control circuit for turning on and off is provided separately from the chopper booster circuit as shown in FIG. As another power supply method of the power supply for the control circuit, as shown in FIG. 4, an auxiliary winding such as a secondary winding is provided through a core to a reactor L 1 which is one of the constituent elements of the boost chopper circuit. There is a method in which the power supply voltage for the control circuit is obtained from the secondary winding side provided. On the other hand, as a problem of the boost chopper circuit itself, in the conventional boost chopper circuit of FIG. 2, the switching element Q 1 directly turns on / off the input current, and thus the switching loss (P b ) is large as shown in FIG. There was a problem. Therefore, as a solution to such a problem, there is a circuit (this is called a snubber circuit) in which a capacitor C 2 is inserted in parallel with a switching element Q 1 as shown in FIG. However, as shown in FIG. 6, this circuit can delay the voltage / current phase and reduce the loss (P b ) at the time of off, but a pulse current flows at the time of on or the loss of the snubber circuit. There is a problem that the size becomes large. In the conventional step-up chopper circuit, the power supply for the control circuit for turning on / off the switching element Q 1 is separately provided as shown in FIG.
It is necessary to provide a secondary winding as shown in Fig. 6 and the boost chober circuit itself can reduce the loss at the time of OFF as shown in Fig. 6, but the pulse current flows at the time of ON and the snubber circuit There is a problem that the loss of the circuit becomes large.

It is intended to reduce the loss and simplify the power supply of the control circuit. In order to achieve the above object, the boost chopper circuit of the present invention uses an improved snubber circuit instead of the conventional snubber circuit, and the improved snubber circuit solves the problems of the boost chopper circuit itself and improves the snubber circuit. The energy stored in the capacitor of the circuit is positively used as a power source for the control circuit.
