Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable oil purified by a purifier to be reused as cylinder oil by mixing the purified oil with cylinder oil (new oil) at a fixed regulation through a process of holding the sump tank level within the fixed range without directly supplying the new oil into the sump tank of system oil. CONSTITUTION:A lubricating oil purifier 5 purifies lubricating oil in a lubricating oil sump tank 3 and allows its return into the lubricating oil sump tank 3. When the level of a lubricating oil recovery tank 6 is 60% or less, and also when the level of the lubricating oil sump tank 3 is higher than 80%, lubricating oil in a return line of the lubricating purifier 5 is so switched as to move into the lubricating oil recovery tank 6, and this operation is continued until the level reaches 85%. Accordingly, lubricating oil moving amount per one time into a cylinder oiling head tank 2 from the lubricating oil recovery tank 6 is one half or less of the volume of the lubricating oil recovery tank 6. Thereby, system oil is reused, and the actual lubricating oil consumption is decreased. Moreover, not only equipments of a plant system but also human hours required for maintenance can be decreased.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, since new oil is used for cylinder lubrication and use of regenerated oil is not permitted, unconsumed cylinder oil accumulates in the sump tank and raises the liquid level in the sump tank. For this reason, it was necessary to have a system in which the oil in the sump tank was extracted and discarded or collected within a certain period and incinerated in the plant.

The operation of the above embodiment will be described. The level of the oil supplied to the cylinder lubrication to the lubricating oil sump tank 3 rises due to the effect of scraping off the lubricating oil of the piston ring. When the level of the cylinder oiling head tank 2 becomes 50% or less and the level of the lubricating oil recovery tank 6 becomes 60% or less, new oil is supplied to the cylinder oiling head tank 2 until the level reaches 85%. When the level of the cylinder oiling head tank 2 is 50% or less and the level of the lubricating oil recovery tank 6 is 60% or more, the lubricating oil of the lubricating oil recovery tank 6 is transferred to the cylinder oiling head tank 2 at a level of 85%.
It is supplied until it reaches%. Even if the above conditions are met, the respective operations are self-maintained and interlocked so that they are not simultaneously satisfied. The lubricating oil purifier 5 cleans the lubricating oil in the lubricating oil sump tank 3 and returns it to the lubricating oil sump tank 3. The level of the lubricating oil recovery tank 6 is 60% or less, and the level of the lubricating oil sump tank 3 is 80%.
When it is higher, the lubricating oil in the return line of the lubricating oil purifier 5 is switched to the lubricating oil recovery tank 6 and its level is set to 85.
It continues until it reaches%. The lubricating oil sump tank 3 conventionally required a system for supplying new oil, but this system makes it unnecessary.

A major feature is that the amount of one transfer of lubricating oil from the lubricating oil recovery tank 6 to the cylinder oil injection head tank 2 is less than half the capacity of the lubricating oil recovery tank 6. As a result, the cylinder lubrication head tank 2 and the lubricating oil recovery tank 6 are prevented from overflowing and empty. It has major features in lubricating oil transfer and oil level control system. 2 and 3 show simulation diagrams when the cylinder oiling rate is set to 1.5 gr / kwh and 2.5 gr / kwh, respectively. The interlock diagram is shown in FIG.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION Since the present invention is constructed as described above, the actual lubricating oil consumption can be greatly reduced (more than 30%) by reusing the system oil which has been conventionally discarded and incinerated. Moreover, since the regeneration system is fully automatic, not only the equipment of the plant system is reduced, but also the time required for maintenance is reduced.
