DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION <Industrial field of application> The present invention is for transferring an encapsulating material in which an air intake chamber is formed inside a feeding path of the encapsulating material that is orthogonal to the transfer path of the box-shaped contents. The belt conveyors are arranged side by side along both side edges of the encapsulating material, and the box-shaped contents are adsorbed and held in a tension state through a large number of through holes formed in these belts at substantially the center of the encapsulating material. The present invention relates to a packaging material feeding mechanism of a packaging device that abuts and encloses a packaging material.

<Prior art> Conventionally, as disclosed in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 56-44652 and Japanese Patent Publication No. 57-60218 as an encapsulating material feeding mechanism of this type of packaging apparatus, the intake chamber of each belt conveyor is omitted. It is divided and formed over the entire length, and an intake port is formed in the sliding contact surface with the belt, and both side edges of the packaging material are adsorbed through the intake port and the through hole of the belt, and the packaging material is tensioned. In a circular shape, the encapsulating material is fed out by a predetermined length by driving both belts and made orthogonal to the transfer path, and then the front surface of the box-shaped contents is abutted and pushed into substantially the center of the encapsulating material to push the encapsulating material. One in which both side edges of the packaging material are peeled off from both belts and wrapped in a U-shape, and the box-shaped contents are wound in such a manner that both side edges of the packaging material project in a square tubular shape, respectively. is there.

<Problems to be solved by the invention> However, in such a conventional packaging material feeding mechanism of a packaging device, a box-shaped content is struck in a direction in which it is peeled from a belt to the approximate center of the packaging material. Although force is applied, both edges of the encapsulation material are applied in the opposite direction from the adsorption, so the front edge of the protruding end of the rectangular tubular shape moves backward from the extension surface of the front of the box-shaped contents. Easier to bend, and the more flexible the material of the encapsulation material is, the more the bending will appear. As a result, the contents of each overhanging end of the rectangular cylinder protruding from both end surfaces of the box-shaped contents in the subsequent process When folding along the end face of the object, there is a problem that a folding failure is likely to occur and the finish is poor.

Therefore, it is conceivable that the suction pressure of each of the intake chambers is reduced to weaken the suction force of the encapsulating material so that the encapsulating material is easily peeled off at the time of hitting the box-shaped contents. When the encapsulating material is transferred by the belt, the end of the encapsulating material is easily turned over, and the encapsulating material itself bends and is peeled off from the belt, so that the entire encapsulating material cannot be held in a tension state.

In view of such conventional circumstances, the present invention has an object to increase the suction when transferring the encapsulating material and weaken the suction when the box-shaped content hits.

<Means for Solving the Problems> The technical means taken by the present invention to solve the above problems is to divide the intake chamber of each belt conveyor into a plurality of parts in the feeding direction of the encapsulating material, and to intake these divided chambers. Each of the sources is connected to the source via a separate intake pipe so that each flow rate can be adjusted, and at least a division chamber corresponding to the passing height of the box-shaped contents is provided with a valve that can be opened and closed so as to communicate with the atmosphere. To do.

<Operation> According to the above technical means, the present invention separately adjusts the intake pressure from the intake source to each of the divided chambers in response to the material change of the encapsulating material and the dimensional change of the box-shaped contents. , The valve is closed at the time of transferring the encapsulating material to adsorb the encapsulating material on the entire surface of the belt, and the valve is opened when the box-shaped contents pass so that at least the dividing chamber corresponding to the passing height of the box-shaped contents is exposed to the atmosphere. By being released,
The encapsulating material is peeled off from the belt smoothly without any resistance when the box-shaped contents hit the end.

The intake pressure from the intake source to each division chamber is adjusted individually according to the material change of the encapsulating material and the dimensional change of the box-shaped contents, etc. When the box-shaped contents strike the box-shaped contents by adsorbing the encapsulating material and opening the valve when the box-shaped contents pass through, and opening the division chamber corresponding to at least the passing height of the box-shaped contents to the atmosphere. Since the encapsulating material can be smoothly peeled off from the belt without resistance, it is possible to strengthen the adsorption when transferring the encapsulating material and weaken the adsorption when the box-shaped contents collide.

Therefore, even if the material of the wrapping material is flexible, it has a square shape as compared with the conventional one in which forces act in opposite directions on the substantially central portion and both side edges of the wrapping material when hitting the box-shaped contents. The front edge of the tubular overhanging end does not fold backward from the extension of the front surface of the box-shaped contents, and the square tubular overhanging ends protruding from both end faces of the box-shaped contents in the subsequent process When folding along the end face, no bad folding occurs and the finish is good.

In addition, compared with the one in which the suction pressure of each intake chamber is reduced to weaken the suction force of the encapsulating material, the end of the encapsulating material does not turn up or peel off from the belt when the encapsulating material is transferred. The entire packaging material can be held in a tension state, and reliable encapsulation is possible.

1. A belt conveyor for transferring an encapsulating material, in which an air intake chamber is partitioned and formed inside, is provided along a side edge of the encapsulating material on a feeding path of the encapsulating material that is orthogonal to a transfer path of the box-shaped contents. And a box-shaped content is struck by the box-shaped contents at approximately the center of the encapsulating material that is adsorbed and held in a tension-like manner through a large number of through holes formed in these belts. In the material feeding mechanism, the intake chamber of each belt conveyor is divided into a plurality in the feeding direction of the enveloped material, and these divided chambers are connected to the intake source via separate intake pipes so that the respective flow rates can be adjusted, and at least A packaging material feeding mechanism for a packaging device, wherein a valve that communicates with the atmosphere is provided in a divided chamber corresponding to the passing height of the box-shaped contents so as to be openable and closable.
