2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a male urination tool is an enclosure made of a flexible material for enveloping the genital area, which receives urine excreted by being attached to the body, and a urine bag for collecting urine or a glass collection. It is connected to a urine guiding tube for connecting with a urine container. Further, in principle, the female urinary device also uses the same genital envelopment type as the male urinary device, the urinary tract drained through a urinary tract inserted into the urethra, or a combination type of both.

The urine excreted by these urination tools is sent to the urine collecting container through the urine guiding tube, so that air is accumulated in the urine guiding tube or the tube is bent. If this happens, the urine may not be sent to the urine collection container, but may flow back to the urination device side. As a urinary device that solves such a problem, a urinary duct adapter is provided with a filter-equipped air port to prevent negative pressure on the urinary device side and prevent urine from flowing backward (JP-A-51-14792). A check valve is provided at the inlet of the urine container to prevent backflow of urine from the urine collection container to the urinary device side (Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 53-14072).

The present applicant has proposed a urinary device having a hydrophobic filter on the wall surface as a urinary device which has solved the above problems, and the urine stays in the urine-conducting tube. The device is designed to prevent backflow to the urination device side, to prevent leakage of urine from the urination device, and to prevent the inside of the enclosure from becoming wet by constantly introducing fresh air from the outside to the inside of the enclosure. (Jitsuko Sho 61-33942). However, such a urination tool also has a problem in that the skin inside the enclosure is easily stripped, causing skin rashes and rashes. As a result of intensive studies to solve these problems, the present inventors have found that ammonia in urine is a cause of skin irritation and rash and arrived at the present invention.

FIG. 1 is a side view showing an example of a male urination tool. The proximal end portion is composed of a flange 4 provided on a holding band for mounting the urination tool on the body, and a urinary tube (see FIG. A tip portion composed of a connecting portion 2 for connecting with (not shown),
The tube 5 is provided between the distal end portion and the proximal end portion, and the distal end portion includes a tube 5 made of a flexible or elastic resin having a reduced diameter. The tube 5 has an intermediate portion depending on the size of the penis. There is a bellows 1 for adjusting the length, and a breathable filter-3 is installed on the wall surface. The breathable filter-3 is preferably arranged on a wall surface that does not come into direct contact with urine during urination. Although FIG. 1 has a structure in which a breathable filter-3 is provided on the wall surface, the breathable filter-3 is provided on the wall surface.
The present invention also includes a case where only the ammonia adsorbing substance is installed on the wall surface. Further, in FIG. 1, an ammonia adsorbing substance may be arranged on another wall surface of the breathable filter-3.

The breathable filter 3 or 15 has a structure containing an ammonia adsorbing substance therein. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view showing an example thereof. A hydrophobic filter 21 is provided on the inner side of the urination tool, a breathable filter 23 is provided on the outer side thereof, and an ammonia adsorbing substance 22 is incorporated in the intermediate layer. There is. The ammonia adsorbing material 22 is built in by heat-welding the filters at both ends to the wall surface of the urinary device or by adhering it with an adhesive. The hydrophobic filter 21 is a filter made of, for example, a fluororesin or polyester, which has a property of passing gas but blocking liquid. Therefore, even if urine adheres to the filter at the time of urination, the liquid is blocked, so that urine does not enter the layer of the ammonia adsorbing substance 22 inside the filter, which adversely affects the performance of the ammonia adsorbing substance. Never give. In FIG. 3, the outer side of the urination device is made of a breathable filter 23, but it may be made of a hydrophobic filter like the inner side. The filter may be heat-welded to the sheet constituting the wall surface, or may be bonded to the sheet via an adhesive. Examples of the filter include knitted woven fabric, non-woven fabric, and sintered material. When only the ammonia adsorbing substance is installed on the wall surface, the ammonia adsorbing substance is wrapped in a knitted fabric or the like and heat-welded to the sheet on the wall surface,
It is good to adhere with an adhesive.
