したり（特開昭51-14792号公報）、集尿容器入口に逆止
弁を設けて集尿容器の尿の排尿用具側への逆流を防止し

【考案の解決しょうとする課題】本出願人はかかる課題
を解決した排尿用具として、壁面に疎水性フイルタ−を
配置した排尿用具を提案し、導尿チュ−ブ内に尿が滞留
することによって排尿用具側へ逆流したり、排尿用具か
らの漏尿を防止したり、また絶えず外部から包囲体内側
に新鮮空気を導入することによって包囲体内が湿潤状態
になるのを防止した考案をしている（実公昭61-33942号
公報）。しかしながら、かかる排尿用具も包囲体内側の
皮膚がむれやすく、皮膚がふやけたり、かぶれを生じる
問題があった。本考案者等はこれらの問題を解決するた
めに鋭意研究した結果、尿中のアンモニアが皮膚のかぶ
れ、ふやけの原因であることを見出し本考案に到達し
