Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.粒子状の処理媒体からなる処理床(2)を含んでなり、処理される液体の入 口(3、4)と処理された液体の出口(6、7)とを有するハウジング(1)と ;出口(10)を有し濾過床外部からの圧力の下で液体が供給されるように配置 される液体供給ダクト(11)と、床からの液体と処理媒体粒子の放出のために 液体供給ダクトの出口を越えて突出しその端に入口(15)を有している液体供 給ダクト内の放出ダクト(14)とを含んでなる、処理床から処理媒体粒子を除 去するための処理媒体と連関した流動化装置(9)と;床の上部に新たな材料を 供給するための手段(21)とから構成される処理装置。 2.放出ダクト(14)が処理媒体を再生するための再生手段(17)に導かれ 、それにより再生された処理媒体が再利用できる、請求項1に記載の処理装置3 .液体供給ダクト(11)が液体に渦巻きを生じさせるための手段を有する、請 求項1または2に記載の処理装置。 4.流動化装置(9)が処理床(2)の底部付近に配置され、その結果放出ダク ト(14)を通じて移動する処理媒体がその上から重力または処理媒体の排出に より生じた空間への圧力の下で落下する粒子により置き換えられる、請求項1〜 3のいずれか1項に記載の処理装置。 5.処理装置が濾過装置であり、再生手段が処理媒体から汚染物を分離するため の分離器(17)である、請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の処理装置。 6.分離器が液体サイクロン(17)である、請求項5に記載の処理装置。 7.液体サイクロン(17)が、清浄化された濾過媒体を処理床へ戻すために、 出口において濾過媒体が排出されるのに十分な圧力を発生する、請求項6に記載 の処理装置。 8.液体サイクロン(17)に入る濾過媒体が液体サイクロンの入口への高圧水 の付加的な供給(18)により促進される、請求項6または7に記載の処理装置 。 9.処理装置がイオン交換装置である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の処 理装置。 10.処理されるべき液体のための入口が床の外部周辺に備えられ、その結果液 体が床内に設けられる出口へ向かって処理媒体を通じて内側に濾過される、前記 請求項のいずれか1項に記載の処理装置。 11.処理されるべき液体用の入口(4)が、ハウジング(1)の内壁と処理さ れるべき液体は通過できるが粒子状の処理媒体は通過できない開口を備える第1 のスクリーン(31)とにより形成される第1の空間(33)中へ開口し、処理 された液体の出口(7)が処理された液体は通過できるが粒子状の濾過媒体は通 過できない開口を有する第2のスクリーン(37)を伴う、請求項10に記載の 処理装置。 12.ハウジング(1)の側壁28が中空円筒状の空隙を形成し、第1の空間( 33)が環状で、その内側には側壁と軸共通で側壁の半径よりも小さい半径を有 する、粒子状の処理媒体(2)を受容するための中空円筒状の空隙を形成する第 1のスクリーン(31)を具備し、かつ第2のスクリーン(37)が処理された 液体の出口(7)と連通し円筒の軸に沿って延びる空間(36)を囲む、請求項 11に記載の処理媒体。 13.処理されるべき液体の入口(4)がハウジングの側壁(28)内に設けら れる、請求項10〜12のいずれか1項に記載の処理装置。 14.処理されるべき液体の第2の入口(35)がハウジングの上部に設けられ る、請求項13に記載の処理装置。 15.出口が床の外部周辺に設けられ、その結果液体が床内部に設けられる入口 から処理媒体を通じて外側に濾過される、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の 処理装置。 16.出口がハウジングの内壁と処理された液体は通過できるが粒子状の処理媒 体は実質的に通過できない開口を備える第1のスクリーンにより形成される第1 の空間中に開口し、入口が処理されるべき液体は通過できるが粒子状の処理媒体 は通過できない開口を有する第2のスクリーンを伴う、請求項15に記載の処理 装置。 17.ハウジングの側壁が中空円筒状空隙を形成し、第1の空間が環状で、その 内側には粒子状処理媒体を受容するために中空円筒状の空隙を形成し、側壁と軸 共通で側壁の半径よりも小さい半径を有する第1のスクリーンが備えられ、第2 のスクリーンが液体入口と連通し円筒の軸に沿って延びる空間を囲む、請求項1 6に記載の処理装置。 18.出口がハウジングの側壁内に設けられる、請求項15〜17のいずれか1 項に記載の処理装置。 19.再生された処理媒体粒子を同一装置の処理床(2)へ返送するための手段 (21)を具備する、請求項2と請求項3〜18のいずれか1項に記載の処理装 置。 20.再生された処理媒体粒子を同一装置の処理床(2)へ返送するための手段 が、再生手段(17)の出口から処理床(2)へ導かれる返送ダクト(21)を 含んでなる、請求項19に記載の処理装置。 21.並列に連結された、請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載の複数の処理装 置から構成される装置系。
