Description
Claims (13)
- 1.押し出された溶融熱可塑性材料のパリソンから、ある輪郭を有する管を真空 成形するための、トンネルが複数の平行なモールドキャビティを含む移動モール ドトンネルであって、前記モールドキャビティのそれぞれに対して真空を独立し て調整できることを特徴とする移動モールドトンネル。
- 2.押し出された溶融熱可塑性材料のパリソンから、少なくヒも1個の、ある輪 郭を有する管を真空成形するための、トンネルが複数の平行なモールドキャビテ ィを含む移動モールドトンネルであって、前記モールドキャビティのそれぞれに 対して各1個の、複数の真空チャネルを含むことを特徴とする移動モールドトン ネル。
- 3.前記真空チャネルのそれぞれが独自の真空供給源に接続されていることを特 徴とする請求項2の移動モールドトンネル。
- 4.前記真空チャネルのそれぞれに対する個別の真空マニホルドを特徴とする請 求項2の移動モールドトンネル。
- 5.前記真空チャネルのすべてに対する共通の真室供給源および各真空チャネル を通して真空を調整する調整手段を特徴とする請求項2の移動モールドトンネル 。
- 6.前記真空チャネルのすべてに対する共通の真空マニホルドおよび各真空チャ ネルを通して、独立して真空を調整する弁手段を特徴とする請求項2の移動モー ルドトンネル。
- 7.各真空チャネルのための調整弁を特徴とする請求項6の移動モールドトンネ ル。
- 8.チャネルの選択した1個を真空から遮断ずるために、各調整弁が開放位置お よび閉鎖位置の間で移動し得ることを特徴とする請求項6の移動モールドトンネ ル。
- 9.各モールドキャビティが複数のモールドブロックにより形成され、モールド ブロックのそれぞれが対向するモールドブロック部品を含み、前記モールドブロ ック部品のそれぞれが前記真空チャネルの1個を備えていることを特徴とする請 求項2の移動モールドトンネル。
- 10.各モールドキャビティが複数のモールドブロックにより形成され、モール ドブロックのそれぞれが対向するモールドブロック部品を含み、前記真空チャネ ルのすべてが、前記モールドブロック部品の一方にのみ備えられていることを特 徴とする請求項2の移動モールドトンネル。
- 11.前記モールドキャビティのそれぞれに対して共通の管状輪郭形成構造を特 徴とする請求項1の移動モールドトンネル。
- 12.前記モールドキャビティのそれぞれに対して異なった管状輪郭形成構造を 特徴とする請求項1の移動モールドトンネル。
- 13.押し出された溶融熱可塑性材料のパリソンから、ある輪郭を有する管を真 空成形するための、トンネルが複数の平行なモールドキャビティを含む移動モー ルドトンネルであって、前記モールドキャビティのそれぞれに真空を作用させる 手段を含むことを特徴とする移動モールドトンネル。
