Abstract
Description
Claims (32)
- 1.反応を促進し又は可能にする反応粒子を反応物と作用結合させて、化学的及 び/又は物理的及び/又は生物学的な反応を遂行するための方法において、厚さ 約5μm〜約1500μm、面積約5(mm)2〜約1000(mm)2の実質 的に平らな粒子を反応粒子として使用することを特徴とする方法。
- 2.厚さ約15μm〜約500μmの反応粒子を使用することを特徴とする請求 項1に記載の方法。
- 3.直径約10μm〜約1000μmの孔を有する粒子を反応粒子として使用す ることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 4.約10〜約1000孔/cm2の密度で孔を有する粒子を反応粒子として使 用することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 5.粒子表面に型押を有する粒子を反応粒子として使用することを特徴とする請 求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 6.表面に繊維及び/又は粉末が被着された粒子を反応粒子として使用すること を特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 7.表面にフリースが被着された粒子を反応粒子として使用することを特徴とす る請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 8.表面に反応性物質、特にゼオライト粉末、活性炭又は鉄が添加された粒子を 反応粒子として使用することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の 方法。
- 9.プラスチック布からなる粒子を反応粒子として使用することを特徴とする請 求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 10.ポリオレフィンからなる粒子を反応粒子として使用することを特徴とする 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 11.ポリスチレンからなる粒子を反応粒子として使用することを特徴とする請 求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 12.生物学的に容易に分解可能な生体プラスチックからなる粒子を反応粒子と して使用することを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 13.金属箔からなる粒子を反応粒子として使用することを特徴とする請求項1 〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 14.比重約0.8g/cm3〜約1.5g/cm3のプラスチックからなる粒 子を反応粒子として使用することを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に 記載の方法。
- 15.反応装置内で反応粒子を排水及び/又は排煙と接触させることを特徴とす る請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 16.静置状態の積み重なった反応粒子に排水及び/又は排煙を通すことを特徴 とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- 17.反応粒子の流動層に排水及び/又は排煙を通すことを特徴とする請求項1 5に記載の方法。
- 18.流動層反応装置内で排水を反応粒子と混合することを特徴とする請求項1 5に記載の方法。
- 19.反応粒子にバイオマスを被着し、又はバイオマスの自然増殖を可能として おくことを特徴とする請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 20.化学的及び/又は物理的及び/又は生物学的反応を遂行するための反応粒 子であって、厚さ約5μm〜約1500μm、面積約5(mm)2〜約1000 (mm)2の実質的に平坦なプレーナ形状を有することを特徴とする反応粒子。
- 21.厚さが約15μm〜約500μmであることを特徴とする請求項20に記 載の反応粒子。
- 22.直径約10μm〜約1000μmの孔を更に有することを特徴とする請求 項20又は21に記載の反応粒子。
- 23.約10〜約1000孔/cm2の密度で孔を有することを特徴とする請求 項22に記載の反応粒子。
- 24.表面に型押を有することを特徴とする請求項20〜23のいずれか1項に 記載の反応粒子。
- 25.表山に繊維及び/又は粉末が被着されていることを特徴とする請求項20 〜24のいずれか1項に記載の反応粒子。
- 26.表面に反応性物質、特にゼオライト粉末、活性炭又は鉄を含んでいること を特徴とする請求項20〜25のいずれか1項に記載の反応粒子。
- 27.プラスチック布からなることを特徴とする請求項20〜26のいずれか1 項に記載の反応粒子。
- 28.ポリオレフィンからなることを特徴とする請求項20〜27のいずれか1 項に記載の反応粒子。
- 29.ポリスチレンからなることを特徴とする請求項20〜27のいずれか1項 に記載の反応粒子。
- 30.生物学的に容易に分解可能なプラスチックからなることを特徴とする請求 項20〜27のいずれか1項に記載の反応粒子。
- 31.金属箔からなることを特徴とする請求項20〜26のいずれか1項に記載 の反応粒子。
- 32.比重約0.8g/cm3〜約1.5g/cm3のプラスチックからなるこ とを特徴とする請求項20〜30のいずれか1項に記載の反応粒子。
