Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a bad influence of dropping of condensed dew on wet paper or a canvas by preventing condensation of dew on the lower surface of a ceiling part of a dryer hood of a papermaking machine. CONSTITUTION:A blow-off hole 9 for supplying high-temperature and low- humidity air is made in the lower part of a ceiling part of the hood and high- temperature and low-humidity air is blown off through the blow-off hole 9 and 10. The blown-off air is allowed to form an air layer flowing toward the discharge opening on the lower surface of the ceiling part and this air layer is discharged together with high-humidity air through the discharge opening. The lower surface of the ceiling part can be, therefore, prevented from condensation of dew.

2. Description of the Related Art FIG. 3 is a peripheral view of a dryer hood of a conventional general papermaking machine, wherein 1 is a dryer roll for evaporating the moisture of a wet paper (not shown), and 2 is a restraining dryer for the wet paper. Rolls for making 3 rolls for transporting wet paper, 4 for rolls for transporting canvas, and 5 for supplying water of high temperature and low humidity to the roll 2 in order to remove water evaporated from the wet paper. It is a ventilation duct. Further, 6 is a ceiling portion of a hood that is normally used, and this ceiling portion 6 is formed as a double ceiling structure. In such a hood, the water evaporated from the wet paper is the high temperature and low humidity air supplied from the ventilation duct 5 and the high temperature and low humidity supplied from the canvas roll (not shown) installed to dry the canvas. Air and the air supplied from a make-up duct (not shown) installed for the same purpose to ventilate the entire hood are exhausted to the outside of the system from the exhaust port provided in the ceiling. It The air exhausted from the ceiling portion has a high humidity because it contains a large amount of water vaporized from the wet paper. For example, absolute humidity is 0.14 to 0.15 kgH 2 O / kgDry Air and dew point temperature is 58 to It is about 59 ° C. The exhaust air flow at this time is shown in FIGS. Further, FIG. 4 shows a cross-sectional view taken along line BB in FIG. 3, and it is considered that the air flow in the entire hood is as shown by arrows in FIGS.

Next, FIG. 6 shows a double ceiling portion of the hood. Normally, in this double ceiling portion, as shown in FIG. 6, sliding doors 7 are arranged on the side surface of the ceiling at an appropriate pitch, and this sliding door 7 can be opened and closed. Exhaust air with high humidity is excluded from the system through the part where the sliding door is open. In the exhaust air flow under such a situation, there is a concern that a stagnation area of high-humidity air may be generated under the double ceiling as shown in FIGS. The occurrence of this stagnation region causes a problem that dew condensation occurs on the lower surface of the ceiling portion 6 depending on the surface temperature of the lower surface of the double ceiling portion 6 and the partial pressure of water vapor of the stagnant high-humidity air. When dew condensation occurs, BB in FIG.
At the portion shown by the cross section, water drops may drop directly on the wet paper surface, which may adversely affect the surface properties. Furthermore, A to A of FIG.
Even in the cross section, water drops fall on the canvas 3 and the water splashes, which is not preferable in operation. On the other hand, a current market need is to raise the dew point inside the hood from the viewpoint of energy saving by reducing the exhaust air volume. Therefore, due to the reduction in the amount of exhausted air, the flow velocity of the air flowing through the system further decreases, and the occurrence of the stagnation area in the lower portion of the ceiling is spurred, and dew condensation tends to occur easily. From the above, currently, there is an urgent need to take measures against the dew condensation phenomenon in the lower part of the ceiling.

As described above, in the conventional case, there is a concern that dew condensation may occur in the lower part of the ceiling, and this tendency is that the absolute value of the flow velocity is a phenomenon when the dew point in the hood, which is a market need, is increased. However, there is a drawback that it is further promoted. The present invention is intended to provide a dryer hood having a high dew point that does not adversely affect wet paper and canvas by eliminating the above-mentioned concern about dew condensation.

Therefore, the present invention provides a dryer hood equipment at the upper part of a dryer part of a papermaking machine, wherein an air layer flowing along the outer surface of the lower surface of the hood is approximately at the center of the lower surface of the ceiling. It is characterized in that an air blowing means for forming the above is provided, and this is used as means for solving the problem.

In the present invention, high temperature air (light air) is placed under the ceiling.
Is provided to supply a film-like air flow near the lower surface of the ceiling. That is, since the air discharged to the lower part of the ceiling is light, a thin hot film is formed in the lower part of the ceiling and the tube of high-temperature moist air to flow like licking the lower surface of the ceiling, and the stagnant moist air is carried along and flows to both sides. . In this way, the stagnation area of moist air is eliminated and dew condensation is prevented.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 show an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1 is a sectional view of a ceiling portion of a hood. The target is shown. In the figure, 8 is a partition for supplying high-temperature and low-humidity air to separate it from high-humidity exhaust, 9 is an outlet as a blowing means for supplying high-temperature and low-humidity air into the hood, and 10 is the blown air. It is a guide plate as an example for flowing in the width direction. The number of the outlets 9 to be installed in the width direction, the number to be installed in the machine flow direction, the pitch, and the shape and size of the outlets can be freely changed, and the guide 10 can also be changed depending on the installation. The shape, material, etc. are not particularly limited as long as they can be blown out substantially evenly to the left and right to widen the air flow. However, with respect to the guide 10, measures such as embedding a heater or applying paint for heat insulation are taken in order to prevent dew condensation on the guide body due to its installation. FIG. 2 shows a second embodiment according to the present invention. In the second embodiment as well, as in the first embodiment shown in FIG. 1, an air outlet is provided in the lower portion of the ceiling, but a point provided with a pair of air outlets 11 as air blowing means and a guide plate are arranged in the central portion. This is different from the first embodiment in that it is not performed.

In FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the high temperature and low humidity air discharged into the hood from the air outlet is the guide 1 in the case of FIG.
0 spreads to the left and right, and in the case of FIG. 2, a pair of nozzles 11 spreads to the left and right as in the case of the first embodiment. This spread high temperature and low humidity air has a small specific gravity, so
In either case of FIG. 2, the hot film is formed on the lower surface of the ceiling and flows left and right on the lower surface of the ceiling as shown by the arrow. By this action, the high-humidity air that has conventionally stagnated in the lower portion of the ceiling is guided to the outlet 12 by being entrained by the blown air of the same without contacting the lower portion of the ceiling. In this way, in both cases, dew condensation on the lower surface of the ceiling is prevented. The high temperature and low humidity air supplied from the air outlet can be dealt with by using a part of the air supplied to the ventilation duct described above. In addition, as for the partition of the air and the high-humidity air of the exhaust in the double ceiling, or the duct work (not shown) accompanying it, any form can be used as long as it has the above-mentioned function. But well, it doesn't intentionally specify the method.

As described above in detail, according to the present invention, it is possible to prevent the dew condensation in the lower part of the ceiling which is a concern, and to achieve the high dew point hood which is a market need, and to reduce the exhaust fan power. It has excellent effects such as energy saving.
