Abstract

PURPOSE:To upgrade production workability by a method wherein either of an injection needle and an injector body undergoes a die molding separately using a synthetic resin material and a fitting step part for positioning is formed on either one or both a fitting parts of the injection needle and the injector body to integrate the fitting parts by a welding means. CONSTITUTION:An base end 3 composing a fitting part of an injector needle 1 for fitting to an injector body 2 is formed so as to have the same outer diameter as that of the tip 4 composing a fitting part of the injector body 2. A fitting step part 5 is formed outside the base end 3 so that the base end 3 can be fitted tightly to the inside the tip of the injector biody 2 and a fitting step part 6 is formed inside the injector body 2. Moreover, a recessed ring 7 for positioning is formed at the fitting part of the base end 3 while a protruding ring for positioning at the fitting part of the injector body 2. The injection needle 1 and the injector body 2 are positioned properly to be fitted with the fitting step parts 5 and 6 and the rings 7 and 8 and a joint part is welded integrally by a welding means such as ultrasonic welding.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally known syringes are usually those in which a metal injection needle is attached to the tip of a syringe body made of glass or synthetic resin, and these are bonded and integrated with an adhesive. Since the cost of this metal needle is high, there is also known a low-cost syringe in which the injection needle and the syringe body are integrally formed of a synthetic resin material (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 60-992).

Since the above-mentioned known synthetic resin syringe is integrally molded up to the injection needle, a relatively long molding die is required. There is a problem that the tip injection needle and the base end side of the syringe body are likely to have different wall thicknesses, which causes a high production rate of defective products, resulting in high cost.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the injection needle and the syringe body are both made of a synthetic resin, as is the case with a conventionally known syringe which is produced by a metal injection needle and a synthetic resin syringe body. Although it is conceivable to weld or adhere these, there is a problem in that the shape like a conventional metal needle makes it difficult to align the metal needle with the syringe main body when it is integrated with the syringe body, resulting in poor workability. The present invention has been made in view of these problems of conventional products, and an object of the present invention is to provide a syringe that improves workability for production, reduces the production rate of defective products, and can be provided at low cost.

The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings. In the figure, 1 is an injection needle and 2 is a syringe body. Proximal end 3 that constitutes the connecting portion of the injection needle 1 with the syringe body
Is formed to have the same outer diameter as the tip 4 that constitutes the connecting portion of the syringe body 2. In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a fitting step portion 5 is formed on the outer side of the base end 3 so that the base end 3 of the injection needle 1 is tightly fitted and coupled to the inner side of the distal end of the syringe body 2. A fitting step portion 6 is formed inside the syringe body 4, and these fitting step portions 5 and 6 perform proper alignment at the time of coupling. A concave ring 7 for alignment is formed on the joint portion of the proximal end 3 of the injection needle 1, while a convex ring 8 for alignment is formed on the joint portion of the syringe body 2. The fitting step portions 5 and 6 for positioning and the concavo-convex ring for positioning are properly positioned and coupled, and the joint portion is welded by welding means such as ultrasonic welding 9
However, it is integrated. Instead of the concavo-convex ring, a partial concavo-convex portion, a plurality of concavo-convex rings, or knurls may be used.

Another embodiment is shown in FIGS. 3 and 4,
The parts indicated by the same reference numerals in the figure are the same parts. This embodiment is different from the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 in that a fitting step portion 5 is formed inside the proximal end 3 of the injection needle 1 and an fitting step outside the tip 4 of the syringe body. The point is that the part 6 is provided.

Next, another embodiment is shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, and the portions denoted by the same reference numerals are the same portions. In this embodiment, the fitting step portion 5 for positioning is provided only on the outer side of the base end 3 of the injection needle 1, and since this joining portion is tightly joined, the outside of the fitting portion of the base end 3 is provided. The diameter is made slightly larger than the inner diameter of the tip of the syringe body 2.

As described above, in the syringe of the present invention, since the injection needle and the main body of the syringe are molded by separate molds, the mold can be downsized, and the mold cost can be reduced accordingly. It can be provided at low cost. And since the fitting step portion for positioning is formed at the connecting portion between the injection needle and the syringe body,
The workability of alignment at the time of connection is good, and because of this configuration and workability, the production rate of defective products can be made extremely low, and from this point, there is an effect that the syringe can be provided at low cost.
