[Prior Art] First, the panel shutter will be briefly described with reference to FIGS. 5 to 8. The upper ends of both sides of each panel 1 are attached to an opening / closing chain 2 through pins, and the chain 2 is driven by a motor 3. It is wound around the hoisting and lowering sprocket 8. Further, each panel 1 is guided by the left and right guide rails 11 to move up and down. In the figure, 4 and 6 are sprockets and 5 and 7
Is a chain and 10 is a window for lighting.

When opening the shutter, the winding up and down sprocket 8 in Fig. 7
When the motor 3 is driven clockwise by the motor 3, the open / close chain 2 is wound up, and the respective panels 1 are also guided by the guide rails 11 and ascended. The panel 1 beyond the hoisting and lowering sprocket 8 comes into contact with the tilt guide 9 by the rollers 12 provided on the upper ends of both side surfaces of the panel, moves along the tilt guide 9, and is suspended from the tilt guide 9. It is stored in a closed posture.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] In the panel shutter described above, when the panel 1 is stored, it moves along the tilt guide 9 as shown in FIG. Since the panel 1 is in a state of being suspended with its upper end supported,
When the panels are stored, the panels may slide against each other, causing scratches on the panel surface. Such rubbing scratches
It should be prevented as much as possible because it may impair the aesthetics of the panel shutter or affect the product life.

[Means for Solving the Problems] According to the present invention, a plurality of panels, whose left and right ends are guided by guide rails and which are moved up and down, are connected by a chain, and the chains are hoisted and lowered to open and close, and the panels are not stored. In a panel shutter in which rollers provided at the upper ends of both side surfaces of the panel are rolled to an inclined guide, the inclined guide guides the panel to a storage position, and the inclined guide hangs the panel. It is characterized in that a fixed magnet is provided in the facing portion, a magnet is provided in the facing portion of the guide rail of the panel, and the magnets are arranged so that both magnets repel each other. A cushioning magnet is fixed to the surface of the panel, and the panels are repelled by the cushioning magnet.

[Operation] When the panel is guided by the guide rails, the fixed magnet and the magnet repelling action raises and lowers the panel and the guide rail in a non-contact state, and even when the panel is stored, the cushioning magnet repelling action causes the panels to move to each other. There is no contact.

[実施例] 以下、図面に基づき本考案の実施例について説明する。[Embodiment] An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 shows a state in which the panel 1 is guided by the guide rails 11. The guide rails 11 have a substantially U-shaped cross-section, and both ends of the opening are folded back in a U-shape. It has been. A fixed magnet 14 is fixed to the recess 13 formed in the folded portion. The fixed magnets 14 may be provided continuously over the entire length of the guide rail 11 or may be provided intermittently at a required pitch.

Next, in the storage state shown in FIG. 7, the cushioning magnets 16 and 17 are fixed to the back sides of the surfaces where the panels 1 face each other. The buffer magnets 16 and 17 may be provided continuously over the entire length in the left-right width direction, or may be provided intermittently at a required pitch.

The state in which the panel 1 is guided up and down by the guide rails 11 is as shown in FIG. 1. In this state, the fixed magnets 14 and the magnets 15 face each other with the same poles, so they repel each other. Thus, the panel 1 is kept floating with respect to the guide rail 11. Therefore, when the panel 1 is moved up and down, the panel does not come into contact with the guide rails and the occurrence of scratches is prevented.

[Advantages of the Invention] As described above, according to the present invention, the panels do not come into contact with the guide rails when they are moved up and down, and a required gap is maintained between the panels when the panels are retracted to prevent the panels from contacting each other. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of scratches due to the sliding of the panels, and to prevent the noise caused by the sliding noise between the panels and the guide rails when the panels are moved up and down and the collision between the panels. It can exert an excellent effect that it can.
