り、 段付ガイドピンは、前記コネクタより前方に突き出て前
記板状部材の凹部に設けられ、先端部に大径部を、基部
側に細径部を有するものであり、 マイクロチップパッケージは、前記コネクタに挿入され
る入出力ピンと、前記段付ガイドピンの大径部にハメア
イ嵌合する孔とを有するものであり、 ベローズは、前記段付ガイドピンの細径部に外嵌され、
前記孔が段付ガイドピンの大径部にハメアイ嵌合される
マイクロチップパッケージをコネクタ上に平行に重なり
あう姿勢に支持し、マイクロチップパッケージの入出力
