2. Description of the Related Art As an improvement of a conventional shoe sole having anti-slip projections, a method of manufacturing a shoe sole in which a polyurethane elastomer projection is integrally bonded to a non-woven sheet is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 63-140729 of the applicant. There is an invention. According to such a method, after pouring and filling the liquid polyurethane composition into the lower mold, which is a mold for manufacturing shoes, a non-woven fabric sheet having a polyurethane coating layer is placed and sandwiched by the lid mold and heated. The desired sole is obtained by pressing. However, according to this manufacturing method, when the protrusions of polyurethane were bonded to the nonwoven sheet, it was necessary to apply a coating layer of polyurethane to the nonwoven sheet in advance in order to strengthen the bonding force. The coating work is extremely complicated, and variations occur depending on the skill level of the work, and partially incompletely bonded portions may occur, resulting in a defect that the quality is not constant. Further, in the conventional manufacturing method, the nonwoven fabric sheet may be hardened and brittle by heating, so a step of aging the shoe sole once taken out from the mold at an appropriate temperature for a certain period is required as a method for gently promoting crosslinking. It is said that. However, there has been a defect that the aging takes a considerably long time, the productivity is remarkably deteriorated, and the mass production is difficult. Further, the non-woven fabric (artificial leather) is likely to absorb moisture and swell, which may impair the lightness and durability.
Therefore, such a material is still unsatisfactory as a sole to be worn on marathons and jogging shoes, which are often worn in the rain.

According to the present invention, since the manufacturing method as described above is adopted, the sheet to be the main body of the shoe sole is made of polyurethane fiber and is made of a material which becomes transparent by being melted by heat. Since it does not require the work of applying a polyurethane film to the sole of the shoe in advance, unlike the conventional products, the liquid polyurethane compound can be poured on the heat-melting sheet simply by heating and pressing in the filled mold. The polyurethane elastomer projections can be integrally heat-fused together.
Furthermore, after taking out the shoe sole from the mold, it does not take time for aging, which enables efficient production.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT An embodiment of the method for manufacturing a shoe sole according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a sheet 1 made of polyurethane fibers, which has a property of becoming transparent when melted by heating, and the sheet 1 is usually opaque. As such a material, a non-woven fabric which is a thermoplastic fiber and is formed by compression-molding long polyurethane fibers is used. As such a material, for example, Tapyrus [registered trademark of Tonentapyrus] is available.

Next, FIG. 2 shows a cross section of a lower mold 4 in which a concave fitting portion 3 corresponding to the protrusion 2 of the shoe sole is formed in the upper concave portion 8. The lower mold 4 is formed so that at least the upper surface 7 thereof is flush with the lower mold 4 when the sheet 1 is placed on the lower mold 4 so that the joint surface of the lower mold 4 closely contacts the lower mold 4 in a flat manner. FIG. 3 shows a flat plate-shaped lid mold 5 for sealing the lower mold 4.

Next, the manufacturing method of the present invention will be described in order.
First, as shown in FIG. 4, the liquid polyurethane compound 6 is poured and filled into the concave fitting portions 3 provided on the upper surface 8 side of the lower mold 4. As the liquid polyurethane composition 6, the isocyanate TV polymer is mixed with a pigment to obtain 50 to 150.
While heating to 80 ° C, the curing agent and catalyst are heated to 80 to 130 ° C.
The mixture is heated to 1, and both are uniformly mixed and stirred, and then the mixture is poured into a mold through a defoaming step and filled. Next, the excess liquid polyurethane compound 6 leaked from the lower mold 4 is removed by using a spatula or the like, and leveling is performed so as to be flush with the upper surface 7 of the lower mold 4, and then, as shown in FIGS. As shown in FIG. 6, the sheet 1 is placed so as to be in contact with the upper surface 7 of the lower mold 4, and the lid mold 5 is closed over the sheet 1 until the liquid polyurethane compound 6 in the mold is cured. At a temperature of 100-120 degrees,
After applying a pressure of 100 to 150 atm for heating and pressurizing for about 30 to 40 minutes, the mold 4.5 was removed and the working process was completed to obtain a shoe sole as shown in FIG.

Therefore, according to the present invention, since the above-mentioned manufacturing method is employed, the following effects are exhibited. According to the present invention, since the manufacturing method as described above is adopted, the nonwoven fabric sheet that becomes the main body of the shoe sole is formed of polyurethane nonwoven fabric, and is formed by the property of becoming transparent by being melted by heat. Therefore, unlike the conventional product, the step of pre-coating the sole body with the polyurethane coating is not required,
The projections of the polyurethane elastomer can be integrally fused and bonded onto the heat-melted sheet only by heating and pressing the liquid polyurethane composition in a mold filled with the liquid polyurethane.
Furthermore, after taking out the shoe sole from the mold, aging for a long time is not required, so that efficient production can be achieved. Further, since the shoe soles formed by heating and pressing are heat-fused with each other, the binding force is strong and there is no risk of the projections 2 peeling off, and the ground gripping force of the projections 2 can be fully exerted. In addition, since the heat-melting sheet 1 is transparent due to heating after molding, it was possible to contribute to the provision of a shoe sole having a progressive design that has never been seen before.
