(57)【要約】 【目的】 のど粘膜に対し、１回のスプレーで広範囲に
薬液を塗布させうる薬液スプレー容器を提供すること。 【構成】 薬液スプレー容器１のノズルチップ２に、左
右一対の薬液噴出口５、８を、間隔Ｌを存して開設す
る。 【効果】 １回のスプレーによるのど粘膜への薬液塗布
面積が広がるのでのど粘膜全体に薬液を塗布するための
スプレー回数を減少させることができ、嚥下される薬液
量も減少させることができる。

【考案の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は、のど粘膜の炎症等の治療その他の目的で、のど粘膜に向け薬液をス プレーする容器の改良に関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】
近時、のど粘膜の炎症等の治療その他の目的で、のど粘膜に向けて薬液をスプ レーするスプレー容器が用いられているが、従来のスプレー容器は１個の薬液噴 出口が開設されているノズルチップから柱状に薬液をスプレーする構造であるた め、１回のスプレーによる塗布面積が狭く、噴出口径が０．４ｍｍのスプレー容 器を用いのど粘膜に向け、１０ｃｍの距離からスプレーすると、その塗布面積は 約１．５ｃｍ2であり、のど粘膜の略全面に塗布するためには角度を変えて数回 スプレーする必要があった。
【０００３】 薬液は、気管支や肺への吸入を避けるため、前記のごとく柱状流としてスプレ ーされるため、複数回のスプレーを行うと、必要以上の薬液が嚥下され、消化器 官に悪影響を与える問題が存した。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
従来のスプレー容器が有する前記問題点に鑑み、本考案は、１回のスプレーで 従来容器より広いのど粘膜に対する塗布面積が得られるノズルチップを備えたス プレー容器を提供することを課題としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記課題を解決するため、本考案では、のど粘膜に対する薬液スプレー容器の ノズルチップに左右一対の噴出口を開設するという構成を採用した。

【作用】 本考案によると、１回のスプレーで薬液の塗布される面積を著しく広くするこ とが可能となり、のど粘膜の略全面に薬液を塗布するのに要するスプレー回数を 従来より減少させることができ、従って薬液の嚥下量も僅小ならしめることがで きる。
【０００７】 またノズルチップの薬液の噴出口の口径とか間隔の選定により、所望の噴出状 態、薬液塗布面積が得られる。

【実施例】
図は、本考案の実施の一例を示しており、のど粘膜に薬液をスプレーする薬液 スプレー容器１は、ノズルチップ２を備えるスプレーヘッド３を指頭で矢印Ｘ方 向へ押圧することにより、従来のスプレー容器と同じく、ポンプ作用により容器 主体４内から吸い上げられた薬液をノズルチップ２の噴出口５からのど粘膜に向 けて噴出するが、ポンプ機構等は従来のスプレー容器と同一機構でよいので、図 示は省略する。
【０００９】 本考案に係る薬液スプレー容器１の前記ノズルチップ２は、図３、図４および 図５に示されるごとく、横長とされたノズル本体６の面板７に左右に間隔Ｌを存 して左右一対の薬液の噴出口５、８が開設されている。
【００１０】 各噴出口５、８は、図４、図５に示されるごとく、面板７の裏面に、スピン溝 ９、１０を外周に有するノズルサック１１を形成されており、噴出口５、８から 噴出される柱状の薬液は旋回流として噴出される。
【００１１】 図４、図５において符号１２はノズルヘッド３の薬液噴出路１３の先端へノズ ルチップ２を嵌着、固定する固定用の周壁である。
【００１２】 本考案では、口径０．２５ｍｍの噴出口５、８を間隔Ｌを７ｍｍとして配置し 、既述の従来のスプレー容器を用いて薬液を噴出させたところ、距離１０ｃｍの ところでの塗布面積は、２．２ｃｍ2であり、既述の従来のスプレー容器におい て、噴出口の口径が０．４ｍｍのもの１個の場合の距離１０ｃｍのところの塗布 面積１．５ｃｍ2であったのに比し、約４６％もの塗布面積の増大を図ることが できた。
【００１３】 前述のごとく、塗布面積を増大させうるにも拘らず、左右一対の噴出口５、８ の各口径は、従来の噴出口の口径の６０％程度と狭小にしうるので１回のスプレ ーで噴出される薬液量の増加は殆ど生じない。

【考案の効果】
本考案によると、ノズルチップに、左右一対の噴出口を開設するのみで、１回 のスプレーでのど粘膜に薬液が塗布される面積を著しく広くすることができ、の ど粘膜の略全体に薬液を塗布するのに要するスプレー回数を減少させることが可 能となり、嚥下される薬液量の減少も図りうる効果を奏する。
【００１５】 またノズルチップの薬液の噴出口の口径および左右の噴出口の間隔の選定によ り、所望の噴出状態、薬液塗布面積を得ることができ、のど粘膜の炎症等の治療 その他に用いる薬液の種別に適応したのど粘膜に対する薬液スプレー容器を提供 できる効果も有する。
