イルバネ７を外嵌し、該捩りコイルバネ７の一端を回動
軸６に係着し、他端を該回動軸６が盤体１の後端より下
方に向けて位置決めビン８により回動位置決め端に所要
の回動力で係止される捩り状態で、該盤体１に係着し、
回動軸６の両端にストッパー９を係着して成るものであ
