FIG. 7 is a view showing the periphery of the connecting portion of the stays c and d, in which an example of a stay lock device as a safety device for locking the stays c and d is shown. The stays c and d have a U-shaped cross section, are rotatably connected by a shaft e, and their end portions are overlapped with each other, so that the rotational movements of the stays are restricted when they are substantially linear.
The stays c and d are changed from the folded shape to the straight shape by lifting or tilting of the cab a, and at the same time, they are automatically primary locked by the engagement of the handle locking member f with the stay d. Here, the handle lock member f is pivotally supported by the stay c, and is engaged with the stay d by the urging force of a spring (not shown) (force in the direction of the arrow). Then, when the pin g is further inserted into the pin hole h, the rotation of the handle lock member f is restricted and the secondary lock is achieved. The pin g is normally stored in the pin receiver i.

Further, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 60-11877 discloses a locking mechanism capable of automatically performing both the primary lock and the secondary lock. In this case, the members for the primary and secondary locks are the same. Since it is a link system, when the secondary lock is released due to careless external input or the like, the primary lock is likely to be released at the same time, which is not preferable for safety.

When the cab tilts from the normal position to the forward tilt position, the cab-side stay 1 and the frame-side stay 2 rotate relative to each other in an attempt to become linear.
Immediately before this straight line, the extending portion 4 of the frame-side stay 2 first contacts the inclined surface 15a of the primary lock member 5. Then, guided by this inclined surface 15a, the primary lock member 5 is lifted upward with the rotation of the stays 1 and 2 (two-dot chain line in FIG. 1), and further rotation progresses so that the extending portion 4 is formed. When passing the claw portion 15, the primary locking member 5 is lowered again again. Then, the claw portion 15 engages with the extending portion 4 by hooking, whereby the primary locking member 5 engages with the frame-side stay 2 and performs primary locking. Then, at the same time when the primary locking member 5 descends, the secondary locking member 16
The upper curved portion 23 of the first sliding member moves on the rear surface of the lower end of the primary locking member 5 while sliding and elastically deforming (two-dot chain line in FIG. 1), and eventually elastically fits into the groove 24. As a result, the secondary lock member 16 engages with the primary lock member 5 and the secondary lock is achieved. At this time, the secondary lock member 16
Serves to press the claw portion 15 against the rear surface of the extension portion 4. Further, at this point, the stays 1 and 2 are rotated to the reverse folding position, which slightly exceeds the linear position.

Further, when releasing the lock and returning the cab to the normal position, first, the releasing member 26 is pulled backward and the secondary locking member 16 is pulled away from the groove 24 to release the secondary lock. Then, while maintaining this state, the handle portion 10 of the primary lock member 5 is pushed down forward (two-dot chain line in FIG. 2). Then, the primary lock member 5 rotates, the engagement of the claw portion 15 is released, and the primary lock is released. At this time, the stays 1 and 2 are in the reversely bent state, and the rotation operation does not start as it is, so that the handle portion 10 of the primary lock member 5 is not started.
While holding down, the stay 1 or 2 is pulled backward to perform an initial bending, thereby starting the rotating operation. In this way, the cab will naturally return to its normal position due to its own weight.

As shown in FIG. 4, first, the middle finger and the ring finger of the right hand are hooked on the operating portion 28 of the releasing member 26, and the thumb is hooked on the handle portion 10 of the primary locking member 5 to release the releasing member 2.
Simultaneously with pulling 6 rearward, the primary locking member 5 is tilted forward, and the stays 1 and 2 are pulled rearward using the snaps on the wrist to perform initial bending. By such a series of one-action operations, the lock can be released and the cab can be returned easily and smoothly.

The above-mentioned device has various advantages as described below. First, in the locked state, stay 1
2 and 2 are slightly bent. Even if the locks are all released by this, or if the locks are released by an inadvertent external input, the stays 1 and 2 do not start rotating immediately and are safe. Can be generated. Further, when the secondary lock is released, the operation direction of the secondary lock member 16 is rearward, which is opposite to the release direction of the primary lock member 5, and the operation is independent of the primary lock member 5. Unless intentionally performed as described above, it is safe because the primary lock is not released at the same time. Further, even when the primary lock is released, the operation direction of the primary lock member 5 is forward and is opposite to the initial bending direction of the stays 1 and 2, so that the stays 1 and 2 are rotated, that is, the cab is lowered at the same time. It is safe without being forced to. In this way, since the operation directions at the time of unlocking are opposite to each other and the members 5 and 16 are independent systems, all the locks are simultaneously unlocked by an inadvertent one-way external input. Instead, the locks can be unlocked one by one to ensure high safety and reliability.

Further, regarding the safety at the time of function failure, that is, the fail-safe property, for example, since the secondary lock member 16 is not a movable member, malfunction is not caused by sticking even if rust or deterioration occurs, and safety is maintained. can do. Further, since the secondary lock member 16 can be easily removed, even if the secondary lock member 16 is bent or broken by an external input, it can be easily repaired or replaced. In particular, since it is made of a metal linear member, it can be easily bent and repaired easily. However, since the secondary lock member 16 is the spring 17, it is extremely difficult to deform due to its internal elasticity even when a relatively large input is received. Furthermore, in the worst case, even if this is removed, the function of the primary lock member 5 is not affected at all and safety can be secured. Regarding the primary lock member 5, for example, when the lock is completed, the coil spring 11
Even when the primary lock member 5 does not function due to breakage or the like, the primary lock member 5 can maintain its position by its own weight, so that the lock function is not lost. Further, even when a relatively large input is received in the unlocking direction at the time of locking, the locked state is maintained unless the secondary locking member 16 is disengaged or cut. Since the secondary lock member 16 is a piano wire having high tensile strength, the possibility of cutting is extremely low, and therefore the possibility of primary locking or full unlocking is extremely low and safety is high.

As another advantage, since the releasing member 26 bridges the parallel portions 25 of the secondary locking member 16, the parallel portions 25 do not come close to each other and the secondary locking member 16 is prevented from coming off. Further, the release member 26 has grooves 29 and 30.
It is easy to assemble and replace as it is just fitted using. Further, even when the releasing member 26 cannot be used due to breakage or the like, the upper end curved portion 23 is widened, so that the secondary lock can be released by operating with holding it. Of course, it is needless to say that the secondary lock can be smoothly performed due to the wide width. Further, the release member 26 is the secondary lock member 16
Since it is sandwiched between the stay 2 and the stay 2 and has the reinforcing portions 31 and 32, even when the secondary lock member 16 receives an impact in the direction of the stay 2 due to an external input or the like, this serves as a cushion material. Deformation is prevented in advance.

Next, in the modified embodiment shown in FIG. 5,
The secondary lock member 34 is formed of a simple substantially U-shaped spring, and the base ends of the pair of leg portions 35 are bent at right angles inward so as to be close to each other, and both side surface portions of the frame side stay 2 are Is inserted from the outside into the insertion hole 36 provided in the. Locking pins 37 and 37 for locking the leg portions 35 diagonally are fixed to both side surfaces of the stay 2 in order to regulate the rotation and fix the position. Further, a release member 26 made of a piano wire, which is folded into a hairpin shape and whose tip is bent at a right angle, is fixed to the upper end corner of the spring 35. Even with such a configuration, it is possible to exert the same effect as described above and greatly enhance the safety.
