枢支し他端をベースに摺動させるロングアーム21と、
その中央部と先端部を交差状に枢着し他端をベースに回
動可能に軸支するショートアーム22と、テーブル1の
下面とショートアーム22の先端部とを連結するプッシ
ュロッド23と、ロングアーム21の摺動する他端とシ
ョートアーム22の先端部とを連結する油圧シリンダ2
