In this embodiment, a plurality of linear metal axial wire rods 1 which are long in the axial direction and are arranged at equal pitches to each other, and a large number of circular shapes which are arranged at equal intervals and are orthogonal to the axial direction ( (Or square) metal ring material 2 is electric resistance welded (spot welded) at the contact points A, and the ring material 2 is straight material 2A (third part).
(Fig.) Is bent into a predetermined circle (or square). At least one of both ends 2B, 2C of the straight material 2A 2C
Is stepped 3 in the axial direction by the dimension of the diameter of the straight material 2A before the bending, and the both end portions 2B, 2C are overlapped in the axial direction without deviating from the circular or rectangular shape, and the both end portions 2B, 2C
Are welded to each other by electric resistance welding in the final manufacturing process.

Next, the manufacturing method will be described. As shown in FIG. 3, a straight material 2A of a straight ring material 2 in which the end portion 2C is stepped 3 before bending, and
A predetermined number of each straight shaft material 1 is set on the jig of the welding machine, and all the contact points A of these straight material 2A and shaft material 1 are set.
At the same time by electric welding to form a flat grid 4 (Fig. 4), which is then set on a jig of a folding machine and bent into a predetermined cylindrical shape, and the ring member 2 as shown in Fig. 1 is formed. Circumscribes the shaft wire 1. Next, both ends of the ring member 2 which are in contact with or close to each other
Set 2B and 2C in the welding machine and weld all ends 2B and 2C at once. In this way, the work of welding the contact points between the axis member and the ring member and the welding of both end faces of the ring member are automated. Further, since the both end portions 2B, 2C are overlapped in the axial direction without deviating from the circular shape or the rectangular shape, if a part of the end portion protrudes from the predetermined circle as shown in FIG. Dangerous to use, but not dangerous with the present invention.

<Effect of Device> As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, all the contacts of the straight material of the straight ring material with the stepped end and the axis material are bent at the same time before bending. It is possible to weld, thereby forming a flat plate lattice network, then bend it into a predetermined tubular shape, and then weld all the ends of the ring members which are abutting or close to each other in the axial direction at once. Therefore, according to the present invention, the welding work of the contact point between the shaft material and the ring material and the welding of both end surfaces of the ring material can be automated, and it is strong, and even if it is used as a handrail, there is a risk of damaging the user's hand. There is an excellent effect that a net cylinder having no property can be manufactured at low cost.
