に制限され、且つ金属製のものは外力によって変形する
という問題点があった。一方、開口部11が幅狭の排水
用ブロック10に使用されている開口部用蓋16は、格
子枠に所定強度を保持させるため厚みが分厚く形成され
てなる。従って、開口部用蓋16を支持する開口部11
の内壁の厚さも必然的に分厚く形成することを要すると
ともに、分厚い開口部用蓋16を嵌合するために、その
支持部には排水用ブロックの上面と連なる蓋受金具16
aを嵌着する必要があり、開口部用蓋16と排水用ブロ
ック10とが共に重荷重となって不経済な断面構成とな
る。本考案は、上記問題点に鑑みてなされたもので、排
水路上面の段部を有する幅狭な開口部を閉塞するととも
に、容易に横ずれを起こさす、又、上下に外れることが
なく、しかも軽量な路面排水路用蓋を提供することを課
題とする。 【0004】 【課題を解決するための手段】本考案は、排水路上面の
段部を有する幅狭の開口部に対して、薄肉で細長い上板
と複数のリブとからなる路面排水路用蓋をもって上記問
題点を解決しようとするものである。即ち、本考案は地
表面に埋設される路面排水路の上面に形成された開口部
を閉塞する上板とその下面に垂下する複数のリブとから
なる蓋において、排水路上面の幅狭な開口部内壁面の上
端に設けられた段部に装着されるべく上板が細幅に形成
されるとともに、開口部内壁幅と近似して垂下される複
数のリブの先端は、各々が上板の両端部において食い違
い状に形成されるべく、一端側を上板から突出させ、且
つ他端側を該突出部が係入可能に凹設させてなる細長い
路面排水路用蓋である。 【0005】 【作用】従って、上記構成からなる路面排水路用蓋にお
いては、幅狭な開口部の段部内に上板が嵌合されてなる
から、輪荷重を受ける面積が狭くなりがたつきや変形が
生じることなく保持されるのである。又、連続して接続
される路面排水路用蓋の端部において複数のリブが相互
に凹凸嵌合するとともに、該リブは上板の下面において
幅狭な開口部の内壁に近接して位置するから離脱防止効
果が大となる。しかも、細幅で薄肉状に形成されてなる
ため軽量化が図れ、仮に長寸法であっても重量の増大を
抑えることができて経済的な使用が行える。 【0006】 【実施例】以下、本考案の一実施例について図面に従っ
て説明する。図1乃至図3において、1は、裏面にクッ
ション材7が貼着された細幅の上板2と、該上板2の下
面に各々間隔を設け且つ左右食い違い状に垂下されてな
るリブ3、3によって薄肉、軽量で細長く形成された路
面排水路用蓋を示す。尚、上記リブ3、3の垂設間隔
は、該路面排水路用蓋1が装着される排水用ブロック1
0の開口部11幅よりも少許狭く形成する。4は、該リ
ブ3、3が各々左右食い違い状に垂設されることによっ
て、その先端が前記上板2の両端部において突出成形さ
れてなる突出部を示し、該突出部4は、路面排水路用蓋
1を連続的に接続した際に他端側の凹部5に係入すべく
形成されてなる。6は、上板2に開設されてなる略長穴
状の透水孔を示す。 【0007】本実施例は上記の構成からなり、次にその
使用例について説明する。図4において、10は上面が
略平坦で中央部に幅狭な開口部11を有する排水用ブロ
ックを示し、該排水用ブロック10は端面の斜め対角線
上の接続部13にボルトを挿通して締結することによっ
て連結されるべく構成され、又、排水用ブロック10の
開口部11の内壁面には、図5及び図6に示すように段
部12が形成されてなる。この排水用ブロック10の開
口部11を閉塞するためには、路面排水路用蓋1を開口
部11の段部12内に載置させれば、図5及び図6に示
すように、段部12内に路面排水路用蓋1の上板2の両
側縁が嵌入するとともに、図7に示すように上板2の裏
面側両端部においてリブ3、3の突出部4と凹部5とが
左右食い違い状に凹凸嵌合してなるため、安定した状態
で装着でき容易に外れることがないのである。又、上板
2の下面に垂設するリブ3、3が幅狭な開口部11の内
壁と近接して位置するから、前記嵌合と相俟って離脱防
止効果が大となる。更に、上板2には透水孔6が開設さ
れてなるために、地表水等の排水に支障を来すようなこ
とがなく排水路18に水を導くことができる。しかも、
路面排水路用蓋1は薄肉状に形成されてなるが、下面に
垂設されるリブ3、3によって断面係数が大に形成され
構造的強度を有してなるため、軽量に形成できるととも
に、重量増加による長さの制約を受けないのである。 【0008】このように、本実施例の路面排水路用蓋1
においては、容易に横ずれを起こさず、又、上下に外れ
ることがない軽量でしかも強度を有する路面排水路用蓋
として、経済的な使用が行えることとなる。 【0009】尚、上記実施例においては、上板2に複数
の略長穴状の透水孔6が形成されることにより集水を容
易ならしめ、又、上板2の裏面にクッション材7を設け
てなるため、該路面排水路用蓋1から発生するがたつき
音等を低減できるという利点があるが、これらは必須の
条件ではなく、該透水孔6及びクッション材7は設けら
れなくても良い。更に、上記実施例の路面排水路用蓋1
は、上面が略平坦な排水用ブロック10に嵌合して使用
されているが、これに限らず例えて図8に示すように、
その上面に突起14を有する排水用ブロック10にも使
用できる。即ち、幅狭な開口部11の内壁面に段部12
が設けられていれば、排水用ブロック10の具体的な形
状は問うものではない。 【0010】 【考案の効果】叙上のように本考案は、排水路上面の幅
狭で段部を有する開口部に装着されるべく、細幅で薄肉
な上板と複数本のリブとからなる細長い路面排水路用蓋
であるために、がたつきや変形を防止して容易に外れる
ことがなく、軽量で構造的強度にも優れ、しかも安価な
路面排水路用蓋を提供するという極めて格別なる効果を
有するに至った。又、本考案は、複数本のリブが左右食
い違い状に垂下されることにより、上板の下面両側にお
いて突出部と、該突出部に係合可能な凹部が対角線状に
形成されてなる路面排水路用蓋であるために、連続的に
接続した場合は前記突出部と凹部との係入によって部分
的に上下に外れることがない路面排水路用蓋であるとい
う大なる利点がある。更に、該リブが各々開口部の両内
壁面と近接して位置し、横ずれと離脱防止効果が一層優
れた路面排水路用蓋であるという有益なる効果を奏する
に至った。
