Further, the conventional example shown in FIG. 8 is actually a tenth type so that the recessed portion 4a formed in the connecting portion 6 between the plate-shaped portions 4 and 5 and the hook-shaped projection 5a can be smoothly fitted. It is formed as shown in the figure. That is, the joint surface between the two forms an arc surface around the pivot axis of the hinge. Therefore, it has a drawback that it can be easily removed by an external force in the direction of the arrow. Especially when the side plate is made of a thin plate, it comes off very easily.

In FIG. 1, reference numeral 11 denotes a recess formed in the upper plate-shaped portion 4 or the lower plate-shaped portion 5, and the recess 11 has an appropriate size and its height is substantially equal to the depth of the recess 11. The protrusion 13 is formed. Further, thin projections 12 which fit into the recesses 11 are respectively provided at positions corresponding to the recesses 11 of the lower plate-like portion 5 or the upper plate-like portion 4 and the end faces 4a or 5a of the plate-like portions 4 or 5, respectively.
It is formed to extend more. A through hole 14 into which the above-mentioned protrusion 13 is just fitted is formed in these protrusions 12.

In the second embodiment, the shape of the protrusion 15 is different from that of the first embodiment. That is, the tip portion A of the protruding portion is notched so that the portion B in FIG. 1 is not broken. Further, in this embodiment, the concave portion and the protruding portion are more difficult to come off.

The portion B in FIG. 1 is relatively easily damaged. When the container is molded with a synthetic resin as a material by an injection molding method or the like, a weld line is generated at the portion B. In other words, the molten resins that have flowed in from both sides at the time of molding merge at this portion B and are solidified together. Therefore, generally, the weld line, which is this joining portion, is weaker in strength than other portions.

In each of the embodiments of the present invention, for example, the fitting of the plate-shaped portion 4 and the plate-shaped portion 5 by the projection 13 of the concave portion and the through hole 14 of the through projection is
It becomes as shown in FIG. Therefore, if the inner surface of the through hole 14 is an inclined surface along a circular arc whose radius is the length up to the corner above the tip of the protrusion 13 with the axis of the hinge as the center, both can be fitted. After fitting, if the tip of the projecting portion 13 is slightly projected from the through hole 14, it will not come off easily.
