臭いを中和し、消してしまう消臭作用、大脳皮質を活性
化し、精神の安定、体の調整力を高めるなどの精神安定
作用など、人間に極めて有益な作用を有するものであ
り、森林浴はこのようなフィトンチッドの効用を利用し
