In a packaging box for storing and transporting plant seedlings, etc., densely cultivated on a cultivated floor of a certain size and sorted into a predetermined sales unit at the time of shipment, or a plant for improving productivity. After sowing the group in a unit container and raising seedlings, it is also packaged and shipped with the cultivated plant group left in the container, but when storing and shipping plant seedlings, etc.,
It is necessary to store it in various packaging boxes in order to avoid a decrease in commercial value due to damage to planting seedlings, etc. in order to stably hold and transport the cultivated plant group in relation to the growth degree of plants in the container. , So-called cardboard boxes for packaging and shipping, are detachably held, or stored and packaged in packaging trays made of synthetic resin material, etc. There is. However, in order to improve productivity such as manual packaging and transportation costs, it is necessary to consolidate and package in a packaging container that can be stacked in multiple stages before shipping, and stack plant groups such as plant seedlings cultivated in a unit container in multiple stages. At this time, it is necessary to provide a partition plate or a shelf, and since a compressive load is applied to the partition plate or the shelf, it is important to reinforce the strength. Therefore, for example, in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 55-39788, in the structure of a folding paper box, an arbitrary number of linearly cut out slits are provided at symmetrical positions of both folding pieces for mounting shelf boards and the like. In addition, a partition plate or the like is mounted on the cut-out strip, and a drawer box can be separately installed. However, in the above-mentioned proposal, since the side plate is provided with cutouts corresponding to a large number of steps, the strength function of the step ball may be impaired, and also in terms of appearance, a large number of notched holes are visually recognized in the side plate. There is.

Furthermore, with the advent of transportation means such as wide-area transportation and courier services in combination with the recent development of the expressway network, plants that are cultivated plants are vulnerable to particular vibrations and falls and are likely to impair the commercial value. In the transportation of flowers and flowers, it is necessary to deal with vibration of the transport vehicle and tipping, lying down, etc. during transportation, but conventionally, in the plant group storage tray mounted on the shelf of the corrugated box, However, it is easily affected by vibrations and rolls, and in some cases, plant seedlings may be damaged and eventually the value of the product may be impaired. Therefore, it is necessary to take measures such as separately attaching a fixing tool to the storage tray, etc., and it is necessary to take a safe and reliable fixing method or a fall prevention measure. In addition, plastic cases and trays, for example, are also used for storing and transporting particularly heavy planting seedlings. In recent years, however, the PL law has been implemented in Japan to dispose of used waste,
Although decomposition or recycling of raw plastic is being considered, it is common in vibration prevention measures during transportation. In this respect, even if the box packaging box can be disposed of by incineration or folded back and reused, it can be transported safely and reliably without damaging the products of the cultivation plant group that are susceptible to vibration, etc., and the transportation cost. Reduction is desired.

The present invention has been achieved as a result of intensive studies in view of these problems, and the bottom plate, the side plate, and the top plate having a vent hole at the center are connected to each other to assemble Inside the packaging box made up of foldable corrugated cardboard, cut pieces at symmetrical positions inside both ends in the longitudinal direction, and bend the bent pieces inward one after another by folding folds. A first object of the present invention is to provide a packaging box characterized by stacking and stacking an arbitrary number of tiers of partition boards that can be assembled. Also,
A second object of the present invention is the so-called recyclable and assembleable foldable ball in the package transportation of flowers and flowers, which are vulnerable to vibrations and falls and have a high possibility of damaging the commercial value even in a group of plants. In addition to reducing the production cost of paperboard, it is also possible to provide a packaging box that can prevent vibration during transportation, sideways overturning, and overturning with a simple configuration without additional cost, and contribute to reducing transportation costs. It has a secondary purpose.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention is composed of corrugated ballboard, and is laterally connected to each other through creases on the corrugated cardboard surface. Same-sized and same-sized side plate, same-shaped and same-sized bottom plate, and same-shaped and same-sized top plate with a vent hole in the center are connected to each other, and can be assembled and folded. It is possible to assemble a box with an inverted triangular cross-section by sequentially bending the bent pieces inward at the symmetrical positions inside both ends in the longitudinal direction by folds in a packaging box made of corrugated cardboard. It is constructed by stacking and stacking any number of the above-mentioned partition shelves. In the present invention, so-called paperboard is a generic term that broadly includes thick and hard paper such as board and ball paper. In the present invention, the middle partition shelf board composed of the corrugated corrugated cardboard that can be assembled and folded is a cross section in which bending pieces are sequentially bent inward by cutting folds at symmetrical positions inside both ends in the longitudinal direction. An inverted triangular folded portion is freely assembled, and an inclined inverted wall portion having an inverted isosceles triangular cross section is formed at the folded end of the folded portion, and the inclined inverted wall portion has a narrower interval in the upper diaphragm. Since the upright wall surface is formed, it is possible to hold the contact prevention state with the outer edge of the tray containing the plant seedlings stored in the packaging box at this location. In the present invention, the inverted upright wall surface of the inclined inverted wall portion is different from the horizontal axis line corresponding to the shelf portion of the intermediate partition shelf plate, although it depends on the shape of the storage tray to be mounted, the outer edge portion or the height. , The tilt angle θ is 45
It is suitable that the degree is not less than 50 degrees, preferably 50 to 70 degrees.
Thus, in the packaging box of the present invention, and in the configuration of the shelf of the intermediate partition shelf mounted on the inside of the packaging box and stacked in any number of steps, both are made of stepped ballboard, and the contact surfaces of these are slightly deformed or pushed. By compressing the concave portion on the contact surface, the inclined inverted wall portion of the folded portion and the outer edge of the stored article can be fixed and held in a fitted state in which they are prevented from contacting each other.
