Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a noise attenuated part where noises transmitted from an electric wire are surely attenuated and which is excellent in mounting properties by a method wherein ferrite paste is applied onto one side of a flexible film, and adhesive agent is applied onto the other side. CONSTITUTION:A first figure (a) indicates that ferrite paste 2 is applied onto a flexible film 1 to obtain a tape-like ferrite material, and a second figure (b) indicates that expanded foam 3 mixed with ferrite powder 4 is bonded to a flexible film 1 to constitute an elastic structure. A third figure (c) shows that sintered trapezoidal ferrite bodies 5 are bonded to a flexible film 1 side by side, and furthermore adhesive agent 7 is applied to the other side of the flexible film 1 in all the figures (a), (b), and (c). Therefore, a filmed ferrite is wound on an electric wire to easily attenuate noises emitted from the wire and capable of coming into close contact with the wire almost leaving no gap between them, so that the film is excellent in noise attenuation efficiency.

FIG. 4 shows another conventional example, in which the cylindrical ferrite core 13 is passed through the electric wire 6 and the electric wire 6 is connected to the ferrite material 13 in order to improve the adhesion between the ferrite core 13 and the electric wire 6. It is wound and fixed by a vinyl band 14.

However, according to the prior art, since the ferrite material as the noise suppression component is sintered and molded, it is difficult to firmly adhere it to the electric wire to be attached. In the method, it is necessary to prepare a plurality of types of noise suppression components dimensioned to fit the diameter of the wire.

Further, in the method according to FIG. 4, the step of winding the electric wire around the ferrite material is indispensable in the manufacturing process, and the step is a manual operation, which significantly increases the number of steps.
Further, since the ferrite material alone cannot be fixed to an electric wire or the like, a dedicated component for fixing is required, which causes an increase in component cost and an increase in management man-hours.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the ferrite with film of the present invention is, in claim 1, a damping member for self-emission noise or external noise in an electric product, which is bendable. A ferrite paste is applied to one side of the film, and an adhesive is provided on the other side of the film, wherein the ferrite paste is a mixture of ferrite powder and foamed foam. In the item 3, the ferrite paste is made of a plurality of ferrites sintered in a trapezoidal shape.

FIG. 1 (a) shows a tape-shaped ferrite material obtained by applying a ferrite paste 2 on a flexible film 1. Further, FIG. 1 (b) shows a structure in which a foamed foam 3 mixed with a ferrite powder 4 is adhered to a flexible film 1 so as to have elasticity. 2 (a) to 2 (c) are cross-sectional views showing a mounting example in which the ferrite with film of the present invention is mounted on the electric wire 1, and as shown in the drawing, the film is formed even in a portion where sufficient space cannot be taken. Noise can be reliably attenuated simply by winding the wire around the wire. Further, if the film-formed ferrite prepared by mixing ferrite powder with the foamed foam of FIG. 1 (b) is used in a portion vulnerable to physical shock such as vibration and drop, it not only attenuates noise but also protects against external force. Further, by using a ferrite with film provided with a plurality of ferrite materials sintered in a trapezoidal shape in FIG. 1 (c), there is no fear of peeling off the joint surface between the film and the ferrai even if the ferrite is wound in multiple layers.

As described above, the ferrite with film shown in the present invention can easily attenuate the noise just by winding it around the electric wire. In addition, there is almost no gap between the wire and the wire, so that the wire can be firmly attached to the wire, and the noise attenuation efficiency is good.
