As shown in the figure, this is a loop-shaped conveyor belt (1) having transfer claws (2) arranged at regular intervals and stretched in a substantially L-shape, and the conveyor belt (1). ) A pair of guide rails (36) disposed slightly above the horizontal portion (10) to the bent portion (11) and the bent portion (11) of the conveyor belt (1). The guide (G), which is provided at a constant interval over the part (12), guides the product (p) sent from the product storage device (7) and dropped on the guide rail (36). It is configured so as to be conveyed upward along a constant conveyance locus while changing a certain posture through the rail (36) and the guide (G).

That is, in this product, the interval between the transport surface of the upright portion (12) and the guide (G) is set according to the maximum diameter and the longest one of the various products. In this case, the product is smoothly discharged to the product tray (8) as described above, but small products (especially those with the smallest diameter and the shortest) other than the above products have their center of gravity (g) as shown in FIG. ) Is located inside the guide (G), the product falls downward when the catch between the transfer claw (2) and the product is released.

In general, in this type of product transfer device, as shown in FIG. 9, the detection lever (60) for the product transferred to the opening (38) between the upright portion (12) and the guide (G). Since the driving of the conveyor belt (1) is stopped after a certain time by pushing up the product, even when the product falls off the transfer claw (2) and falls,
That is, even if the product is not discharged to the product tray (8), if the product pushes up the detection lever (60) once, the conveyor belt (1) will be stopped after a certain period of time, and the purchaser will You will not be able to get it. This is a fatal flaw in a vending machine.

Therefore, in the invention according to claim 1 of this application, a loop-shaped transport belt (1) in which the transfer claws (2) are arranged at regular intervals, and the transport surface of the rising portion of the transport belt (1). And a guide (G) opposed to each other at a constant interval, and a substantially columnar object to be conveyed is brought into contact with the guide (G) at the upper end side and the transfer claw (2) at the lower end side. The guide (G) is fixed in a conveying device of a type that slides and conveys upward so as to be engaged, and further discharges the conveyed object from the upper end opening portion of the guide (G) to a predetermined position. It comprises a guide (3) and a swing guide (4) located at the upper end of the guide (3), and reduces the distance between the upper end of the swing guide (4) and the conveyor belt (1). By biasing the spring in the direction, the distance between the conveyor belt (1) and the fixed guide (3) Set the size larger than the maximum cross-sectional shape of the conveyed object to be conveyed, and move the conveyed object conveyed above the swing guide (4) diagonally upward in the direction opposite the biasing direction of the swing guide. A direction changing guide (5) for closing is provided.

Further, in the invention according to claim 2 of this application, a loop-shaped transport belt (1) in which the transfer claws (2) are arranged at regular intervals.
A guide (G) facing the conveying surface of the rising portion of the conveying belt (1) at a constant interval, and a guide (G) disposed above the guide (G) and detecting an object to be conveyed. A sensor (6) for stopping the transport belt (1) after a certain time, and a substantially columnar object to be transported is brought into contact with the guide (G) at the upper end side and the lower end side. Is engaged with the transfer claw (2) to be slid and conveyed upward, and is ejected to a predetermined position from the open upper end of the guide (G). Immediately before this ejection, the sensor (6) is brought into an output state. In a transfer device of the type, the guide (G) is composed of a fixed guide (3) and a swing guide (4) located at the upper end of the fixed guide (3), and the upper end of the swing guide (4) is , In the direction of decreasing the distance between this and the conveyor belt (1) B, and the gap between the conveyor belt (1) and the fixed guide (3) is set to be larger than the transverse cross-sectional shape of the largest object to be conveyed, above the swing guide (4). A direction changing guide (5) is provided for moving the conveyed object obliquely upward in the anti-biasing direction of the swing guide.

(Operation of the Invention According to Claim 1) In this structure, the upper end of the swing guide (4) is spring-biased in the direction of decreasing the gap between the swing guide (4) and the conveyor belt (1). The conveyed product is discharged from between the swing guide (4) and the conveyor belt (1) against the biasing force of the spring. That is, when the conveyed object is discharged from the device, the upper end edge of the swing guide (4) changes its position along the outer surface of the conveyed object, and thus the direction toward the conveyor belt (1) side. Force is acting on.

When the upper part of the product (P1) comes out of the upper end open part of the swing guide (4), the detection lever (60) is in the output state and after a certain time, the conveyor belt (1) is in the stopped state. Since the product (P1) is surely discharged to the product tray (8), the purchaser can surely obtain the product (P1).

Emission of products (P2, P3) Similar to products (P1) above, products (P2, P3) are
As shown in FIG. 7 and FIG. 7, the swing guide (4) is moved diagonally upward along the curved plate (50) against the urging force of the spring, and thus the product (P2, P3) is The swing guide (4), which is moved in the direction opposite to the moving direction, moves while sliding on the upper edge. Therefore, the center of gravity (g) of the product (P2, P3) surely gets over the upper edge of the swing guide (4), and the product which could not be discharged by the transport device described in the section of the description of the related art ( Even products (P2, P3) smaller than P1) will be reliably discharged to the product tray (8).

On the other hand, in the above embodiment, if the urging force of the coil spring (41) is set to be large to increase the urging force of the upper end edge of the swing guide (4) toward the upright portion (12), an unstable state (transfer The products (P2, P3) conveyed by the transfer claws (2) with the claws (2) being in poor engagement with the products) will be pushed down by the swing guide (2). The tip of the transfer claw (2) is deformed and the product (P2, P3) falls. And the product (P2, P
3) is engaged again with the transfer claw (2) below the transfer claw (2) and is conveyed toward the swing guide (4). That is, the above is repeated until the product (P2, P3) is stably engaged with the transfer claw (2), and when the engagement is stable, the elasticity of the transfer claw (2) is increased. The restoring force overcomes the urging force to the swing guide (2), and the product (P2, P3) is discharged from the upper end open portion for the first time.

Therefore, if the coil spring (41) is set as described above, the product (P2, P2) that engages with the transfer claw (2) in an unstable state.
The situation that 3) pushes up the rocking lever (60) disappears, and as a result, the product (P2, P3) falls to the lower transfer claw (2) side after pushing up the rocking lever (60). Things will disappear. That is, the product (P2, P3) is surely received before the transfer belt (1) is stopped.
Will be discharged to.
