FIG. 4 shows an example of such a known cool container which is commercially available. In a container including a lid body (2 ') made of foam synthetic resin and a container body (1'), a lid body (2 ') is shown. An inner lid (3 ') is provided on the upper surface to hold the cool storage agent (4') between the lid body (2 ') and the inner lid (3'), and a hole or a slit (on the whole surface of the lid body (2 ') ( A plurality of 5 ') are provided to introduce cold air generated by the cold storage agent (4') into the inside of the lower container body (1 ') through holes or slits.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, as shown in the figure, in the cold insulation container as described above, the cool air is simply lowered into the container body (1 ') through the hole or slit (5') of the inner lid (3 '). Yes, the cold air becomes a turbulent flow in the container body, and even if the contents are kept cold by the turbulent mixing, the cooling effect is mostly in the central part of the container body, and conversely due to the resistance of the cool air descending to the central part. There is a concern that the cold air does not sufficiently fill the contents near the peripheral wall of the container body where the temperature rises violently, so that the contents of the part do not reach the cold insulation effect in the central part and often cause decay. ing.

Moreover, since the cold air flows in at the central portion of the container body, it is easily lost from the fitting gap between the lid body and the container body, and the heat radiation is large. It is difficult for cold air to flow to the near side, and the temperature difference between the two parts becomes large, so that a large temperature difference similarly occurs as the temperature of the contents.

The present invention deals with the actual state of the known container as described above, overcomes the difficulty thereof, and particularly aims at sufficient cooling in the vicinity of the peripheral wall of the container body where the temperature rise of the cold insulation container is the most violent, and convection of cool air in the container body is performed. The solution is to create a solution.

(Means for Solving Problems) That is, a feature of the present invention is that in a cool container made of synthetic resin foam, which comprises the lid and a container body, an inner lid can be fitted and attached inside the lid. Provided, there is a gap in the center of the inner lid with the lid, and a protruding portion is formed to form a cold storage agent holding space between the inner lid excluding the protruding portion and the upper lid. In addition to providing a protruding portion in the central portion of the inner lid and a communication portion that communicates the inside of the container main body with the cold storage agent holding space at least in a part of the outer circumference of the inner lid, cool air generated by the cool storage agent is provided around the inner lid. This is because a convection system path is formed to flow down along the peripheral wall of the container main body to flow the cooled hot air into the cool storage agent holding space above the communicating portion of the central lid central protruding portion.

Here, the inner lid may include a hole or a slit that includes the protruding portion and communicates between the container body and the cold storage agent holding space on the entire surface, but it may not be provided separately, but the central protruding portion and the The presence of the communicating portion is indispensable at least in a part of the outer circumference.

(Function) The cold storage container of the present invention is configured as described above, and now, contents such as fresh foods to be kept cold are stored in the container body, and the cold storage agent is retained on the inner lid, When this is fitted to the lid and the container is closed, the cool air generated by the regenerator inflows and descends along the peripheral wall of the container body around the inner lid, cooling the contents from the periphery of the container body and keeping it cool. Then, convection in the direction of the communication part in the central part is generated, and the warmed air that has been cooled is flowed into the regenerator holding space above the communication part of the central protruding part, and cooled again by the regenerator. , The convection flow is repeated.

At this time, the communication portion of the central protruding portion of the container body promotes the above convection because the hot air after cooling the contents flows.
Cools the inner surface of the peripheral wall where the temperature rises the most in the cool container most effectively, and further improves the cool effect compared to the conventional case.

Moreover, since the cool air flows in from the outer periphery of the inner lid, there is no chance that the cool air due to the cold storage agent escapes from the fitting gap between the container body and the lid body, and a further cool effect is achieved.

(Effects of the Invention) The present invention is, as described above, in a cool container made of a foamed synthetic resin, an inner lid provided with a protruding portion in the center is arranged on the inner surface of the lid, and the inner lid and the lid body excluding the protruding portion In addition to holding the cool storage agent between, the central protruding portion of the inner lid and at least a part of the outer periphery to form a cold air communication portion, the cool air cooled by the cold storage agent from the outer peripheral communication portion of the inner lid. Flowing into the container body,
After flowing down along the inner wall of the container body, convection that rises from the communication part in the center of the inner lid is generated to cool the contents such as fresh food in the container under the convection temperature distribution and keep it cool. Compared with the turbulent flow mixed cooling method, the inner wall of the peripheral wall where the temperature rises most in the cold container is cooled most effectively, and the freshness is stably maintained for a long time.

Moreover, in the container of the present invention, the cool air flows into the outer periphery as described above, the warm air that has cooled the contents rises from the communicating portion of the central protruding portion to promote the convection action, and further, the cool air is emitted to the peripheral wall side where the temperature rise is violent. Since it is introduced, the temperature difference between the peripheral wall side and the center part inside the container is also reduced, the whole becomes closer to a substantially uniform state and the performance of maintaining the freshness of the contents during cold storage is further enhanced and the quality stability is made more effective. be able to.

Furthermore, as a result of the convection, the container of the present invention does not escape the cold air of the cold storage agent to the upper part, and maximizes consumption for cooling and cold keeping of the contents, thus exerting a further cold keeping effect and long-term use of the cold storage agent. It is expected that the cold storage container can be used more effectively.
