A plurality of tablet-type solid processing agents are stored in a storage container, and the storage container is loaded into a solid processing agent supply device in a photosensitive material processing device such as an automatic developing machine, and an appropriate amount of solids in the storage container is loaded. In a solid processing agent replenishing device for a photosensitive material, which receives a processing agent and drops it into a processing solution tank to replenish it, at least one or a small amount of solid is removed when the storage container storing the solid processing agent is removed from the supply device. The treating agent remains in the receiving part in the supply device and is difficult to remove. Normal,
Since the supply device is placed in the upper part of the processing tank, it is in a high-humidity atmosphere, and when the photosensitive material processing device is left unused for a long period of time, the residual solid processing agent absorbs moisture and deteriorates to drive the supply device. If a defective processing or charging failure occurs, or if this altered solid processing agent is charged into the processing liquid tank, problems such as deterioration of photographic characteristics occur.

When the solid processing agent remains in the supply device portion of the solid processing agent supply main body, various problems as described above occur. However, as a result of various studies, the present inventors have found that the solid processing agent is supplied to the solid processing agent as described above. When the solid processing agent itself does not remain in the device section and is left in the solid processing agent storage container section, the solid processing agent itself plays a role as a kind of desiccant, and the entire storage container is kept in a dry state. I have found that the various problems that have occurred do not occur. In addition, even when stored under more severe storage conditions, only the solid processing agent in the portion closest to the outlet of the storage container slightly deteriorates or absorbs moisture, and the solid processing agent inside the container does not change at all. They have found and achieved the present invention.

Further, since the solid processing agent which has been slightly deteriorated due to the storage under the severe conditions is only the one at the outlet portion, it is used at the first charging operation after the stop, and the deterioration or moisture absorption is not caused. Since it does not proceed further, no major problems occur.

The processing amount information detecting means 31 is provided at the entrance of the automatic processor A and is used for detecting the processing amount of the photosensitive material to be processed. The processing amount information detecting means 31 has a plurality of detecting members arranged in the left-right direction, and functions as an element for detecting the width of the photosensitive material and counting the detected time. Since the conveying speed of the photosensitive material is mechanically preset, the processing area of the photosensitive material can be calculated from the width information and the time information. The processing amount information detecting means 31 may be any one capable of detecting the width and the conveyance time of the photosensitive material such as an infrared sensor, a micro switch, an ultrasonic sensor. Further, in the case of a device capable of indirectly detecting the processed area of the photosensitive material, for example, in the case of a printer processor as shown in FIG. 1, the amount of the photosensitive material that has been printed or the number of processed photosensitive materials having a predetermined area is set. It may be detected. Furthermore, the detection timing is before the treatment in this example, but may be after the treatment or during the immersion in the treatment liquid (in such a case,
This can be done by appropriately changing the position where the processing amount information detecting means 31 is provided to a position that can be detected after processing or a position that can be detected during processing). Furthermore, as the information to be detected, the processing area of the photosensitive material has been described in the above description, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the processing amount of the photosensitive material to be processed, processed, or being processed is not limited to this. It may be a proportional value, and may be the concentration of the treatment liquid contained in the treatment tank or a change in the concentration. Further, the processing amount information detecting means 31
Need not be provided for each processing tank 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, but it is preferable to provide one for each automatic processing machine A. Reference numeral 32 is a processing amount supply control means for receiving the signal from the processing amount information detecting means 31 and controlling the processing amount supply of the processing agent.

Subsequently, by the drive rotation of the rotor 343, the second row of the solid processing agent J1B in the storage container 33 is stored in the second receiving portion 343B of the rotor 343, and then it is rotatably conveyed and dropped from the outlet opening 341C. To be done. In the same manner, the solid processing agent J1C in the third row and the solid processing agent J1D in the fourth row are successively dropped. In this way, one rotation of the rotor 343 causes the solid processing agents J1A, J1B, J1C,
After the J1D is dropped, the rotor 343 stops at the initial position shown in FIG. In this stopped state, the solid processing agent J does not exist in the rotor 343. At the same time, shutter member 345
Is oscillated in the reverse direction to close the outlet opening 341C and close the supply body 3
The inside of 41 and the inside of storage container 33 are kept in a moisture-proof state. Since the solid processing agent J is not charged into the receiving portion 343A of the rotor 343 before starting the replenishment, the rotor 343 is rotated in the reverse direction to rotate the processing agent J.
Although there is also a method of stopping the solid processing agent J from the viewpoint of easy control of the apparatus, the rotor 343 is driven and rotated only in one direction.
The method of the present invention for stopping the operation is superior.

When the automatic processor A or the solid processing agent replenishing device 30 is to be inspected for maintenance, repaired, or suspended for a long period of time, it may be removed from the container 33 containing the solid processing agent J and the supply body 34. In such a case, the shielding lid member 333 of the storage container 33 is pushed down to close the opening 331F, and then the clamping means 37.
The lock is released by and the storage container 33 is taken out from the loading section 341A of the supply body 341 as shown in FIG. In this state, the solid processing agent J does not exist in the rotor 343 and is empty. Therefore, unlike the prior art, it is not necessary to take out the solid processing agent J remaining in the rotor 343. Further, the supply main body 341 and the rotor 343 are damaged by forgetting to take out the residual solid processing agent J, and the deteriorated and deteriorated residual solid processing agent J is erroneously dropped into the dissolution tank 2 to deteriorate the image quality. Things such as spoilers are also eliminated.

By the drive rotation of the motor M, the gears G0, G
Rotation of the rotor 343 starts by transmission of the gear trains of 1 and G2. The rotation of the gear G2 causes the fixed pin 344A to press the tip portion of the arm 348, so that the arm 348 moves toward the support shaft 34.
The shutter member 345 swings counterclockwise about 7 to open the outlet opening 341C of the supply body 341. When the gear G2 further rotates, the engagement between the fixing pin 344A and the tip of the arm 348 is released, and the shutter member 345 is pulled by the restoring force of the tension spring 349 to close the outlet opening 341C. Continuing to rotate the gear G2 causes the fixing pin 344B to move to the arm 3
The shutter member 345 is pressed against the tip end portion of the 48 so that the outlet opening 341
After rocking C to the open state and dropping the solid processing agent J1B,

Next, when the solid processing agent J in the storage container 330 is sequentially consumed and disappears, the remaining amount detection signal is generated,
The storage container 330 is replaced. That is, the storage container 330
When retracted to the rear, the storage container 330 and the container holding member 3
403 rotates clockwise and the left end portion thereof rises. In the first half of this ascending process, the opening / closing restriction member 355A moves to the slide lid 3
Since the container 34 is stopped and only the main body of the storage container 330, which is composed of the container body 331 and the cap member 332, is lifted, the opening is closed by the slide lid 334. Further, in the latter half of the process in which the storage container 330 rises, the opening is returned to the initial state, which is the top dead center, with the opening being closed. Therefore, the powder of the treating agent in the container is prevented from scattering. Furthermore, for maintenance, etc., while the processing agent remains, the container will be taken out with the opening closed even when it is removed.

Indicates a state in which the second solid processing agent J1B is dropped by the forward rotation of the rotor 352 and the two solid processing agents are dropped. After that, the rotor 352 rotates in the reverse direction, returns to the initial position, and stops (see FIG. 19F). In this stopped state, the solid processing agent J does not exist in the rotor 352, and the standby state is set. At the same time, the shutter member 353 also rotates in the counterclockwise direction, so that the outlet portion 351B is closed by the shutter member 353, and one cycle operation is completed when the two solid processing agents J are completely added. In the next cycle, the third pocket of row C
Solid treatment agents J1C and J1D are sequentially loaded and dropped into the fourth pocket 352DP of the row 352CP and D, and the opening 351 is formed.
B is closed again by the shutter member 353. Thus, each half of the solid processing agent J is sequentially dropped by the half rotation of the rotor 352, and after the dropping is completed, the outlet portion 351B is closed by the shutter member 3.
It returns to the closed state by the return movement of 53.

In the above description, four solid processing agents J
Since they are sequentially dropped one by one, by providing a chute 27 below the supply means 35 through which one solid processing agent J can pass, the solid treatment agent J can be easily dropped even in a narrow space above the dissolution tank 2 and the filter can be dropped. Exchange work to take out 22 upward is also easy. The purpose of dropping the solid processing agents J1A and J1B with the phases shifted is to use two solid processing agents J in the chute 27.
So that they will not engage with each other and get caught in the middle.
This is because the solid processing agent J is separately detected by the sensors PS1 and PS2 to confirm replenishment. It should be noted that the number of solid processing agents dropped by one cycle of the rotor is not limited to the above two, and four solid processing agents may be dropped by one rotation of the rotor.
