【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】カセツト筺体と、その前面開口を蓋する如
く該カセツト筺体に開閉自在に取り付けられた蓋と、該
蓋を閉状態にロツクするロツク手段とを有し、上記カセ
ツト筺体の該ロツク手段のロツクレバーとの対応位置
に、VTRの主ロツク解除突起の挿入される主スリツトが
設けられて成るテープカセツトにおいて、 上記カセツト筺体の上記主スリツトとは異なる位置に、
寸法の異なる他のテープカセツトに対する上記VTRの副
ロツク解除突起の逃げ部と成る副スロツトが設けられて
成ることを特徴とするテープカセツト。

A cassette housing comprising: a cassette housing; a lid openably and closably attached to the cassette housing so as to cover a front opening of the cassette housing; and locking means for locking the lid to a closed state. At a position corresponding to the lock lever of the means, in a tape cassette provided with a main slit into which a VTR main lock releasing projection is inserted, in a position different from the main slit of the cassette housing,
A tape cassette, characterized in that a sub-slot serving as a relief portion for the sub-lock releasing projection of the VTR with respect to another tape cassette having a different size is provided.
