The present invention relates to a take-up device for taking up a fire hose, and more particularly, to a take-up device for a fire hose that surely winds a fire hose evenly.

【0002】[0002]

[Prior art]

When a fire engine is dispatched once to carry out fire fighting activities, about 40 to 50 hoses are used. The used fire hose is washed and dried in preparation for the next dispatch, and usually stored in a double wound state. That is, the fire hose has a central portion (correctly 1/2 of the total length) of the male and female mouthpieces provided at both ends of the firehose so that the male mouthpiece is inside the female mouthpiece when wound up. About 450 mm from the male mouthpiece side), it is wound in a double winding, but a fire hose made of a braided resin fiber having a length of 20 m and an inner surface being rubber-drawn is described above. Such double winding requires a considerable amount of work, and with the aging of firemen, it becomes a major problem.

Therefore, various fire hose take-up devices have been provided, in which the take-up shaft is rotated manually or electrically and the take-up shaft is wound around the take-up shaft.

As an example, as shown in FIG. 2 to FIG. 4, the fire hose is wound around a winding shaft rotatably supported by a casing, with the center of the fire hose being fixed and the winding shaft being rotated. The applicant has previously proposed an anti-hose winding device, and was registered as Utility Model Registration No. 1958559.

Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, this fire hose take-up device has a take-up guide surface 1a inclined at a predetermined angle, vertical side surfaces 1b and 1b, and a vertical rear surface. It comprises a housing 1 having 1 c and a horizontal upper surface 1 d. On the winding guide surface 1a, a winding drive shaft 3 rotated by a motor 2 with a reduction gear at a predetermined rotation speed, and a pair of hoses arranged along a hose winding path leading to the winding drive shaft 3. Guide steps 5A and 5B are provided so as to stand upright on the surface of the winding guide surface 1a. Each of the hose guide means 5A, 5B has a pair of guide rollers 5a, 5a arranged at a predetermined interval and elastically contacts the fire hose 4 between them, and the hose caps 4a, 4b shown in FIG. And a detection roller 5b whose position is displaced by the passage of the. Further, the end surface of the winding drive shaft 3 is substantially the same as or slightly protrudes from the surface of the winding guide surface 1a, and a pair of winding pins 3a, 3a are arranged on this end surface so as to be flat along the axial direction. It has been planted so that Further, a winding tool 6 as an attachment is provided in order to easily remove the hose winding body after winding. The winding tool 6 has, for example, a circular substrate 7 and a pair of winding core members 8a and 8b which are erected so as to be parallel to the substrate 7. Reference numeral b is a hollow shaft fitted to the winding pins 3a and 3a.

When winding up the fire hose 4, first, a mark (not shown) attached to the male base 4a at about 1/2 to 450 mm of the total length of the hose is wound around the core member 8a of the winding tool 6, The take-up tool 6 is fitted to the take-up pins 3a, 3a by being hung on either one of 8b. Then, the hose portion 4c on the male mouthpiece 4a side is passed through the upper hose guide means 5A, and the hose portion 4d on the female mouthpiece 4b side is passed through the lower hose guide means 5B. After that, the winding drive shaft 3 is rotated counterclockwise in FIG. 1 (direction of arrow B), that is, the hose portion 4c on the male base 4a side is the inner winding side. As a result, both the inner hose portion 4c and the outer hose portion 4d are wound around the winding cores 8a and 8b of the winding tool 6 while being bent in a dogleg shape by the detection rollers 5b and 5b of the hose guide means 5A and 5B. Even if the fire hose 4 is slightly inflated, it will be flattened by passing through the hose guide means 5A, 5B and can be wound tightly on the wind-up tool 6 without loosening. In this way, the fire hose 4 can be made into a double wound body as shown in FIG. According to this, the fire hose 4 is wound on the respective winding core members 8a and 8b of the winder 6, but even if it is wound considerably tightly, the winder 6 can be attached and detached, so that it is double wound. The fire hose 4 together with the winding tool 6 can be easily removed from the winding drive shaft 3. Further, when the winding tool 6 is detached from the winding drive shaft 3, the free ends of the winding core members 8a and 8b are slightly dried by the winding pressure of the fire hose 4, so that the winding tool 6 can be easily separated from the hose 4. it can.

[Problems to be solved by the device]

By the way, in the above-mentioned structure, the winding tool 6 is fitted into the winding drive shaft 3 as it is from the free end side, and is taken out from the free end side after the winding is completed. When pulling out, unless pulling in a direction perpendicular to the winding guide surface 1a, it will not come out smoothly, and if pulling out from a slightly inclined direction, a strong force is required. In addition, the fire hose 4 that has been wound in makes the pitch between the core members 8a and 8b narrow, and the resistance during removal becomes large, making it difficult to remove. Further, since the pitch between the winding core members 8a and 8b is narrowed, it is difficult to pull out the fire hose 4 from the winding tool 6 as well.

The present invention has been made in view of the actual situation of the prior art as described above, and an object thereof is to take up a fire hose that can be easily pulled out even when the fire hose becomes stronger than expected. To provide a device.

[Means for Solving the Problems]

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides a plurality of winding pins that are erected at intervals on a winding drive shaft that is rotatably supported by a guide surface provided on one surface of a housing. In a fire hose winding device having a winding tool provided with a cylindrical core member into which the winding pins are fitted, the winding tool includes a plurality of winding core members into which the winding pins are fitted, A base for supporting the other end of each of the core members, a support means for supporting at least one core member so as to be swingable with respect to its axis, and a core member supported for swing at all times. And a biasing means for elastically biasing the base so as to be substantially orthogonal to the base.

【0010】[0010]

[Action]

With the above-described structure, the core member that is swingably supported is also elastically biased so as to be substantially orthogonal to the base portion. Therefore, normally, all the core members should be substantially orthogonal to the base portion. It is located and can be easily fitted to the winding pin of the winding drive shaft. In addition, even if the core member is bent due to excessive winding due to the winding of the fire hose, at least one winding shaft is tilted according to the bending of the core when the core member is removed. Can be removed. This allows the core members to be relatively parallel when removing the fire hose from the take-up tool as well as when pulling out the core member from the take-up shaft, reducing the frictional force that acts between them and allowing easy removal. it can.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. Since the fire-fighting hose retractor body can use the conventional device described above, the fire-fighting hose retractor body will be described with reference to FIGS. 2 to 4.

FIG. 1 is a vertical cross-sectional side view showing a take-up tool in a fire hose take-up device according to this embodiment. The take-up tool 11 includes two core members 12 and 13 and these core members 12. , 13 and a base portion 14 that supports one axial end portion of the base material. Of the two core members 12 and 13, one end 15 of the core member 13 located on the lower side in FIG. 1 has a flange 16 having a diameter larger than the outer diameter of the core member 13 at the other end. 17 is firmly attached by screwing. On the back surface of the base portion 14, a first receiving portion 18 having a diameter larger than the outer diameter of the flange 16 and on the bottom portion of the first receiving portion 18 are coaxially arranged and have a diameter substantially equal to the outer diameter of the flange 16. A second receiving portion 19 is formed, and an inclined surface 21 is formed in the central portion of the second receiving portion 19 such that the diameter thereof decreases toward the front surface of the base portion 14. A through hole 22 having a diameter larger than the outer diameter of the member 17 is formed. Correspondingly, the end face 23 of the flange 16 on the side of the mounting member 17 is also inclined.

A recess 24 is formed at the center of the end face of the flange 16 facing the mounting member 17 side, and one end of the compression coil spring 25 as an elastic biasing member in the axial direction is fitted into the recess 24. ing. A fixing member 26 is screwed into the first receiving portion 18, and a recess 27 is formed coaxially with the recess 24 on the surface of the fixing member 26 facing the recess 24. The other axial end of 25 is fitted. By attaching the core member 13 in this way, when a force is applied to the core member 13, it is possible to swing in any direction about the axis 28 by 360 degrees against the elastic biasing force of the compression coil spring 25. become. At this time, the maximum swing angle α is determined by the relative difference in inclination angle between the inclined surface 21 and the end surface 23 of the flange 16.

On the other hand, the base portion 31 of the winding core member 12 located on the upper side in FIG. 1 is fixed by welding as shown by reference numeral 32 so as to be orthogonal to the base portion 14. As a result, one of the two core members 12 and 13 is fixed (non-movable), and the other one oscillates in any direction by 360 degrees with the maximum swing angle α as described above. It means that it is movably attached.

When the fire hose 4 is wound by the fire hose winding device shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 using the winding tool 11 configured as described above, first, the middle of the fire hose 4 is wound. After the portion is hung on the winding core member 12 of the winding tool 11, the winding core members 12 and 13 of the winding tool 6 are fitted to the winding pins 3a and 3a, respectively. Although the winding core member 13 is swingable, it is usually supported by the compression coil spring 25 substantially perpendicularly to the base portion 14, so that it can be easily fitted to the winding pins 3a, 3a. In addition, when the winding of the fire hose 4 is completed and the wound body of the fire hose 4 is removed from the device together with the winding tool 6, when removing from the pins 3a, 3a of the winding drive shaft 3, the core member 12, It is not necessary to pull out 13 in a direction perpendicular to the winding guide surface 1a exactly. Even if the winding guide surface 1a is slightly inclined, the winding core member 13 swings in accordance with the inclination, so that the winding core member 13 can be easily removed. Further, by winding the fire hose 4, even if the winding is too strong and a strong force acts on the core members 12 and 13, or even if a bending force acts on these, the core members 12 and 13 are At the time of pulling out, the core member 13 can be tilted in the direction in which the bending force acts against the elastic force of the compression coil spring 25, and the resistance at the time of pulling out can be made very small. Accordingly, the work of removing the core member 11 from the fire hose 4 can be extremely easily performed.

[Effect of device]

As described above, the present invention provides a take-up tool for a fire hose take-up device that includes at least a plurality of core members into which the take-up pins are fitted, and a base portion that supports the other end of each of the core members. Supporting means for swingably supporting one winding core member with respect to its axis, and biasing means for elastically biasing the swingingly supported winding core member so as to be substantially orthogonal to the base. Therefore, all the winding core members are normally positioned so as to be substantially orthogonal to the base portion, and can be easily fitted to the winding pins of the winding drive shaft. Even when the core member is bent due to excessive winding, at least one winding shaft can be tilted according to the bending of the core when the core member is removed. Not only when pulling out the core member from the take-up shaft, but also when removing the fire hose from the take-up tool, it becomes relatively parallel, the frictional force acting between them becomes small, and it can be easily pulled out.
