[Prior Art and its Problems] In recent years, it has been demanded that a corrugated cardboard box for transportation has a structure that can be divided into groups for convenience of shipping and distribution and convenience of sales and consumption. In order to satisfy such a request, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 56-84930 (Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 57-2331) has been conventionally used.
The assembly case shown in 7) is proposed. This assembly case is a unit case in which one side wall and a notch for inserting the connecting plate downward from the upper edge are provided at both side edges of the lid wall continuous with the side wall, and the case is inserted and engaged with the notch. A U-shaped cut groove is provided in the center of the lower edge, and the cut plate and a connecting plate provided with a tab are provided on the extension line of the cutting groove, and the connecting plate is inserted into two unit cases arranged in parallel. It was a structure consisting of. Such a case may be satisfied with the demands of the handling company as described above, and thus it is widely used. However, this product has the following problems and is required to be improved.

That is, the case has a vertical cut from the corner of the box, which requires the highest strength in the cardboard box, to the center of the body. Therefore, the corner of the box breaks and opens when an external force is applied. As described above, the conventional one has a problem in the strength of the case of the unit and the joint strength after the connection, and only the light one can be accommodated.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the connection packaging box of the present invention is a unit box c having a rectangular tubular body formed of a pair of side plates and a pair of end plates. And a united packaging box consisting of a pair of united pieces 10 for arranging two unit boxes side by side and integrally connecting the unit boxes, wherein a horizontal cut a extending in the width direction of the end plate and a body are provided on the body of each unit box. A pair of L-shaped slits 8 each having a vertical cut b extending along the fold line of the portion are formed, while an insertion groove that meshes with the vertical cut of the slit is formed in the center of the connecting piece. When connecting the boxes, one side plate of each unit box is brought into contact with each other, and the connecting piece is inserted into the box through the L-shaped slit, and the upper side of the inserted connecting piece and the lateral cutout. So that the connecting piece cannot be pulled out by engaging with the edges of the It is characterized in that by lifting.

In FIG. 2, reference numeral 10 denotes a corrugated cardboard connecting piece used in pairs, and the connecting piece has a width w that is about twice the length of the transverse cut a, Further, the height H is formed to be slightly shorter than the length s from the lateral cut to the lower side of the end plate. In addition, an insertion groove 11 that engages with the vertical cutout b of the slit 8 is formed in the center of the connecting piece. The width e from the bottom of the groove to the upper side of the piece is approximately the same as the length f of the vertical cut, and if necessary, a half-cut line or a tearing auxiliary line 12 such as a sewing hole is provided on the extension of the groove. Allowed to be given.

When connecting the above two unit boxes, as shown in Fig. 3,
The side faces of the unit boxes are butted so that the L-shaped slits 8 of the adjacent boxes c1 and c2 face each other. After that, the two connecting pieces 10 are inserted horizontally into the left and right lateral cutouts a so as to sandwich the butted side faces of each box, and then the V-shaped cutout portion 9 is slightly hooked with the insertion groove 11. Erect the connecting piece. Next, the piece is further pushed and inserted into the box to engage the vertical cut b with the insertion groove 11. At the time of this insertion, as shown in FIG. 5, the upper side of the connecting piece and the upper edge of the lateral cutout a are butted against each other and held so that the connecting piece does not come out upward. In this way, as shown in FIG. 4, the connected packaging box of the present invention, in which two unit boxes are integrally connected and fixed, is completed.

At the time of use, two boxes as a set as described above are used as a set and are transported or stored in a tape-sealed state. Also, when selling at a retail store, the central cut portion of the connecting piece is cut with a cutter knife or in advance. This packaging box can be subdivided into individual small boxes by cutting through the prepared perforation holes.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, the connected packaging box of the present invention is composed of the unit body with two horizontal cuts a extending in the width direction of the end plate and vertical cuts b extending along the folds of the body. Since a pair of L-shaped slits 8 are formed, the corners of the box body, which requires the highest strength in a cardboard box, will not crack and open unlike the conventional unit box. Also, the connecting piece can be inserted quickly and easily, and after insertion, the entire connecting piece is concealed in the box so that the appearance is good and the upper side of the piece engages with the side cut a and the piece is connected. Since it is prevented from slipping out, it is convenient for transportation and cargo handling, and since subdivision work can be easily performed, it has excellent effects such as being able to meet the request of a retail store wholesaler.
