The vinyl chloride sheet for molding formed by rolling by calender molding as described above is heated in each process of rolling, printing, drawing, and laminating and is stretched in the longitudinal direction. Since it is repeated, it is inevitably stretched in the length direction, and on the contrary, it is molded with almost no stretching in the width direction. The vinyl chloride sheet for molding produced as described above is heat-shrinked in the length direction of the sheet when reheated when it is molded as an automobile interior material by vacuum forming, and at the same time, a little in the width direction. Thermal expansion occurs. Therefore, in the above-mentioned vinyl chloride sheet for molding, when the four sides of the sheet are fixed and heated during vacuum forming, there is a difference in thermal contraction and thermal expansion between the length direction and the width direction of the sheet. The resulting sheet became wavy in the heated sheet, and this wrinkle was a cause of wrinkling during vacuuming.

According to the present invention, during the process of producing a vinyl sheet for molding, a step of reducing the difference between thermal contraction and thermal expansion that occurs between the lengthwise direction and the widthwise direction of the sheet is added so that the sheet is reheated and molded. It is an object to prevent the generation of wrinkles when doing.

In order to solve the above problems, the method for producing a vinyl chloride sheet for molding of the present invention is to heat a polyvinyl chloride sheet rolled by calendar molding and transfer the pattern by a squeezing roll. Immediately after that, the sheet is stretched in the width direction by an expander roll in a tropical state.

According to the above-mentioned means, the polyvinyl chloride sheet rolled by calendering is transferred to the pattern by the squeezing roll while being pulled in the lengthwise direction in the heated state, and immediately after that, the sheet is still heated. In the tinged state, it is stretched in the width direction by an expander roll and then naturally cooled. That is, the molding vinyl chloride sheet produced in the above process is stretched in the length direction by the tension applied during the calendar molding, and stretched in the width direction by the stretching by the expander roll. And the expansion by the expander roll reduces the thermal expansion in the sheet width direction that occurs when the sheet is reheated after being formed.

As described above, according to the present invention, a polyvinyl chloride sheet is stretched in the width direction by an expander roll immediately after heating and transferring the pattern by a squeezing roll before the sheet is cooled. Therefore, the amount of expansion in the sheet width direction that occurs when the sheet is reheated is reduced,
This makes it possible to reduce the difference between thermal contraction and thermal expansion between the sheet length direction and the sheet width direction, which is a cause of wrinkles during reheating, as compared with the conventional case. Therefore, according to the vinyl chloride sheet manufactured by the manufacturing process of the present application, for example, the generation of wrinkles caused when reheating during the vacuum molding process is effectively prevented, and the moldability thereof is significantly improved. .

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The manufacturing method of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a roll in which the polyvinyl chloride sheet 1a rolled by calendering is wound up, and the surface of the polyvinyl chloride sheet 1a is already printed. The sheet 1a pulled out from the roll 1 is passed through the drum 2 heated to about 130 ° C to be preheated and then passed through the installation section of the heater 3 to have a surface temperature of 180 ° C to 200 ° C. To heat.
The heated sheet 1a is transferred between the squeezing roll 4 and the rubber roll 5 elastically pressed by the squeezing roll 4 to transfer the squeezing pattern to the surface, and immediately after that, the surface temperature of the sheet 1a is still 100 ° C.
Roll on the expander roll 6 in a tropical condition of about 130 ° C. The expander roll 6 is shown in FIG.
As shown by, the peripheral surface of the roll is composed of about 8 to 12 slide tubes 6a.
By horizontally moving both halves of the sheet in the direction of both ends as the roll rotates, a tensile load in the width direction is applied to the sheet passing while contacting the outer periphery of the roll 6. Therefore, when the tropical polyvinyl chloride sheet 1a is applied to the expander roll 6 described above, the sheet 1a is stretched by being pulled in the width direction.
At this time, it is desirable to drive the expander roll 6 in advance. Sheet 1 that passed the expander roll 6
A is placed on the belt conveyor 7 and allowed to naturally cool to 70 ° C. to 80 ° C. while being moved in a state where tension is not applied as much as possible. Wind up at 9.

The vinyl chloride sheet for molding 1a manufactured in the above process is stretched in the lengthwise direction by the tension applied during calendering and drawing, and is stretched by the expander roll 6 in the widthwise direction. It is molded in the stretched state. Therefore, when the above-mentioned vinyl chloride sheet for molding 1a is reheated for molding, the sheet 1a is thermally contracted in the length direction and thermally expanded in the width direction, but the thermal expansion caused in the sheet width direction is It is reduced by the amount stretched in the width direction by the expander roll 6. This makes it possible to reduce the difference between thermal contraction and thermal expansion between the sheet length direction and the sheet width direction, which is a cause of wrinkles during reheating, as compared with the conventional case. For example, when the polyvinyl chloride sheet manufactured by the conventional manufacturing method is actually reheated at 100 ° C to 160 ° C, the sheet shrinks by 0.5 to 15% in the sheet length direction and the sheet width. Thermal expansion occurred in the range of 0 to 5%. On the other hand, in the molding polyvinyl chloride sheet manufactured by the manufacturing method of the present application, 100 ° C to 160 ° C
When re-heated with, heat shrinkage of 0.5 to 15% in the sheet length direction and thermal expansion in the range of -1 to 3% in the sheet width direction are caused, which causes wrinkles during reheating. It was possible to reduce the difference between the thermal contraction and the thermal expansion that occurs between the length direction and the width direction of the sheet, which has been conventionally done. In addition, when laminating foamed polypropylene on the back surface of the above-mentioned molding polyvinyl chloride sheet 1a,
Although a step of laminating expanded polypropylene after the above-described manufacturing step is added, preferably, in a tropical state of the sheet immediately after the laminating step, by stretching in the sheet width direction by the expander roll described above, foaming is performed. Even when polypropylene is laminated, good wrinkle prevention effect and moldability can be improved.
