(Prior Art) According to a conventional method for manufacturing an insole, a synthetic resin is used to make a relatively finely woven surface woven cloth, a coarse mesh back woven cloth, and a honeycomb-shaped intermediate cloth therebetween. An intermediate woven fabric woven with a taste is laminated, the laminated body of the woven fabric is arranged between the upper and lower electrodes of the high-frequency welding device, and the holding frame of the upper electrode and the outer frame arranged outside the holding frame. And are pressed against the lower electrode to integrally weld the laminated body at that portion to form a narrow welded portion, and an outer peripheral welded portion having a contour of a foot shape is formed on the welded portion to separately form the die. Or cut the outer peripheral welded part with

1. A woven cloth 7 made of synthetic resin, an intermediate woven cloth 8 and a back surface between a lower electrode 21 of a high-frequency welding apparatus and an upper electrode 22 having a blade shape protruding in a contour shape inside a holding frame. In an apparatus for manufacturing an insole in which a laminated body of woven cloth 9 and an insulating paper 24 laminated with a polyester film are arranged and welded and cut into a foot shape by a high frequency current, the lower end of the blade die 13 has an outer side. Forming a sharpened blade portion 14 to be the inclined surface 15, and
The presser plate 18 is interposed between the presser frame 17 and the presser frame 17,
The protruding length of the blade insole 1 is made shorter than that of the blade die 13 by the thickness of the welded portion 2 of the shoe insole 1, and the protruding length of the presser plate 18 is made shorter than the presser frame 17, so that the inner surface of the blade die 14 and the presser foot are pressed. Lower electrode between the outer surface of frame 17
A depression 19 perpendicular to 21 is formed, and a pressing means is provided in the frame of the pressing frame 17.
Equipment for manufacturing insoles, which is equipped with 20.
