Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance dripping efficiency by providing an umbrella receiver for receiving a ferrule of a rainy umbrella in an inner bottom of a fixed umbrella receiver and displacing in circumferential and vertical directions, and increasing an umbrella canopy surface in contact with a water absorbing sheet by displacing the canopy of the umbrella inserted into the receiver. CONSTITUTION:A porous bent plate 23 is provided integrally with an umbrella receiver 21 by providing a ventilation gap 22 at an inner peripheral surface of the receiver 21, and a water absorbing sheet 24 is attached along an inner periphery of the plate 23. An opening 26 communicating with a suction box 25 is formed at a lower end of the receiver 21, and an umbrella receiving cylinder 29 for receiving to support a ferrule 28 of a rainy umbrella 27 is provided in an inner bottom of the receiver 21. A lower end of the cylinder 29 protrudes down via the opening 26 of the receiver 21 to so support a supporting shaft 31 provided at a lower end by a bearing 30 as to be rotatable and slidable in a thrust direction. A driving mechanism for rotatably and vertically movably holding the cylinder 29 and rotating the cylinder 29 in a circumferential direction and a driving mechanism for vertically moving it are provided.

The structure of this embodiment has been described above. Next, the operation thereof will be described. When the user inserts the wet rain umbrella 27 into the umbrella receiver 21, it is provided inside the umbrella receiver 21. The operation switch 43 is actuated by the pressing action of the rain umbrella 27, the suction motor 39 is operated, and as a result, the inside of the suction box 25 and the umbrella receiver 21 becomes a negative pressure, and the umbrella cloth of the rain umbrella 27 is brought into close contact with the water absorbing sheet 24. The rainwater to which the cloth is attached is sucked and dehydrated by the water absorbing sheet.

When the support shaft 31 is pushed up, the umbrella receiving cylinder 29 is pushed up (see FIG. 3), whereby the rain umbrella 27 in the umbrella receiving device 21 is pushed up by, for example, about 10 cm. 21 Water absorbing sheet 24 on the inner surface and rain umbrella 27
The umbrella cloth is separated and a gap is created between the water absorbing sheet 24 and the umbrella cloth.

Next, since the solenoid shaft 36 is attracted to the left in FIG. 4 by a signal from the controller 14,
Since the connecting rod 38 is rotated clockwise about the support shaft 31 as a support shaft, the umbrella receiving tube 29 is rotated about 50 degrees, whereby the rain umbrella 29 held by the umbrella receiving tube 29 is rotated. Is rotated around the center. By repeating this operation a few times, the rain umbrella 29 rotates left and right.

Due to the rotational displacement of the rain umbrella, the contact position of the umbrella cloth with the water absorbing sheet 24 is changed, and, for example, the folds of the umbrella cloth are opened, and the water droplets sandwiched by the folds are exposed to the surface. Also, by this operation, water droplets adhering to the inside of the rain umbrella 29 are eliminated.

Next, the suction motor 39 is re-operated by the operation of the controller 40, and rainwater is dehydrated by this operation. According to this embodiment, the umbrella receiving tube 29 is repeatedly moved up and down once to adhere to the rain umbrella. About 90% of the water content was sucked and dehydrated.

As described above, according to the present invention, the water absorbent sheet 24 is additionally provided on the inner peripheral surface, and the umbrella receiver 21 having the upper opening opening in a substantially morning glory shape, and the water absorbed by the water absorbent sheet 24. In an umbrella dehydrator having a suction motor 39 for sucking in, an umbrella receiving tube 29 that receives and holds a stone projection of a rain umbrella inserted into the umbrella receiver 21 at an inner bottom portion of the umbrella receiver 21.
Since the umbrella dehydrator is provided with a drive mechanism for rotating and holding the umbrella receiving cylinder 29 in the circumferential direction, and a drive mechanism for rotating the umbrella receiving cylinder 29 in the circumferential direction. According to this, by rotating and vertically moving the umbrella receiving cylinder 29, it is possible to change the contact surface of the umbrella cloth which comes into contact with the water absorbing sheet, and it is possible to remove water droplets adhering to the umbrella cloth. This has the effect of significantly improving the dehydration efficiency of the umbrella.
