However, in the molding die subjected to such a chamfering treatment, burrs A are also generated in the parts corresponding to the chamfered parts as shown in FIG. 5, and the burrs A are sanded after the molding material is hardened. It is necessary to remove it manually by using such as a tool, and there is a problem that molding cost increases.

(Means for Solving the Problem) The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and the gist thereof is one mold and a large number of drain holes on the mold surface. In a mold for molding a hydraulic inorganic molded product, which has the other mold provided, and has a filter cloth located on the other mold surface during press molding, a mold cavity and a mold matching surface A mold for molding a hydraulic inorganic molded article, characterized in that there is no chamfering process at the boundary, and the mating surface adjacent to the mold cavity is an inclined surface that is substantially flat in the direction of the mold cavity. .

(Operation) In the present invention, since the boundary between the mold cavity and the mold matching surface is not chamfered, the molded product after molding does not have the burrs that require post-processing. Further, since the mold matching surface adjacent to the mold cavity is formed as a substantially flat inclined surface in the direction of the mold cavity, the mold matching surface adjacent to the mold cavity and the mold surface in the mold cavity of the other mold are The angle at the boundary formed by is an obtuse angle larger than a right angle.

In FIG. 1, 1 is an upper die which is one die, 2 is a lower die which is the other die, and a large number of drainage holes 3 are formed on the die surface.
Is provided. Reference numeral 4 denotes a filter cloth previously arranged on the lower mold. The molding material 11 is placed on the filter cloth 4, and the upper mold 1 is lowered to the fixed lower mold 2 by a pressing mechanism (not shown). The molding material 11 can be pressed and dehydrated. Reference numeral 5 denotes a retainer for fixing the end of the filter cloth 4 to the lower mold, which is screwed to the lower mold 2. 6 is an upper mold 1 and a lower mold 2
And the mold-matching surfaces 7 and 7 adjacent to the mold cavity 6 are inclined surfaces that are substantially flat in the direction of the mold cavity 6, and the mold cavity of the other mold 2 is formed. The angle θ at the boundary 9 formed by the mold-matching surface 7 adjacent to 6 and the mold surface 8 in the mold cavity 6 is 135 degrees, so that the filter cloth 4 is also separated from the pressing tool 5 in the horizontal plane. The mold matching surfaces 7, 7 adjacent to the mold cavity 6, the boundary portion 9, and the mold surface 8 are disposed on the respective surfaces through the mold matching surface 10.

The above molding die is filled with the molding material 11 and subjected to dewatering press molding, and the molded product M formed has no burrs as shown in FIG. 2, and even if the molding die is repeatedly used for a long period of time. The service life of the filter cloth 4 was the same as that of a conventional molding die that was chamfered so that a curved surface having a normal R1 to 5 mm was obtained.

In the above-described embodiment, the angle θ at the boundary portion 9 formed by the die-matching surface 7 adjacent to the die cavity 6 of the other die and the die surface 8 in the die cavity 6 is 135 degrees, that is, with respect to the horizontal plane. However, the angle θ is not particularly limited to this. It is better to make the angle as close to 135 degrees as possible,
The angle 9'of the boundary portion 9 and the boundary portion between the horizontal mold matching surface 10 and the mold matching surface 7 become substantially equal, which is preferable for maintaining the life of the filter cloth 4.

In the above examples, the case where the filter cloth was previously placed on the lower mold was shown. However, the filter cloth made of a material having high extensibility, which is adopted when the molded product has a pattern, is used. The molding die of the present invention can also be used when the cloth is suspended between the upper mold and the lower mold and the molding material is press-fitted between the filter cloth and the upper mold.

(Effect) In the present invention, since there is no chamfering process at the boundary between the mold and the mating surface, the burrs that require post-processing do not occur in the molded product after shaping. Therefore, it is not necessary to manually remove the flash with a file, and the molding cost is low. Further, since the mold-matching surface adjacent to the mold cavity is formed as a substantially flat inclined surface in the direction of the mold cavity, the mold-matching surface adjacent to the mold cavity of the other mold and the mold surface in the mold cavity are The angle at the boundary portion formed by is an obtuse angle larger than the diameter. Therefore, the pressing force acting on the filter cloth at the boundary between the mold cavity and the mold matching surface is reduced, and the damage can be prevented.
