Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance workability and strength by housing bar-shaped members inside bass in each of attached concrete panels and linking the panels with a long continuous material where a curing material is injected between the bar-shaped members and the bags. CONSTITUTION:Penetration holes 8 are installed to concrete panels 1 where the penetration holes 8 are designed to run through vertical right and left flanges 1 into which continuous lone materials 7 are inserted, thereby linking the panels together. Rod-shaped members 5 and cloth-made envelops 4 are penetrated through the holes 8 so as to let the long continuous materials 7 to run through while the ends of the rods 5 are fixed with the panels 1 and strained. Then, a curing material 6 is injected from the ends of the envelops 4, thereby inflating the envelops 4. The holes are further filled up with the envelops completely and the envelops 4 are so inflated that a part of the envelops which come out from the holes may be increased in size, thereby tying up the panels 1 definitely. The bars 5, of they are made of PC steel bars, will be strained by nuts while they will be strained by wedges, if they are a wire. This construction makes it possible to secure sufficient strength, and shorten a construction period and reduce construction cost.

Embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a first embodiment of a retaining wall of the present invention, in which 1 is a precast concrete panel, and in this embodiment, the concrete panel 1 has left and right vertical flanges 1a for joining facing backward. It has a horizontal U-shaped cross section in which recesses 1b are provided between the vertical flanges 1a and open to the back side.

As shown in FIG. 2, the concrete panel 1 has a tenon 2 as a convex portion on the upper surface and a tenon 3 as a concave portion on the bottom surface into which the tenon 2 is fitted. It should be noted that the convex portion and the concave portion may be a kind of groove instead of the tenon 2 and the mortise hole 3.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3, reference numeral 7 in the drawing has a rod-like shape inside the bag body 4 which is made of a cloth or a chemical fiber which has a texture such that cement particles do not pass through it and can withstand a predetermined filling pressure. It is a long material that accommodates the member 5 and press-fits a non-shrinkable solidifying material 6 such as cement between the bag body 4 and the rod-shaped member 5. As the rod-shaped member 5, PC twisted wire, round steel, rebar with different diameter, and the like are preferable.

FIG. 5 shows a second embodiment of the present invention.
The concrete panel 1 has a flat plate shape, and a plurality of the concrete panels 1 are arranged side by side, and the long members 7 are meandered and sewn together to be fastened. In that case, the concrete panel 1 will be sewn to the long material 7 through the through hole 8, and the side edges of the concrete panel 1 will have convex portions such as mortises and mortises and dovetail grooves similar to the top and bottom surfaces. The part and the recess may be combined.
