After the mold is closed, a polyurethane material prepared by mixing a polyol component and an isocyanate component with a mixing head is injected into the cavity 7 formed by the mold closing. In this way, the wheel body portion (polyurethane body portion) 9 of the steering wheel is subjected to reaction injection molding. At this time, usually, in order to obtain a large adhesive strength between the wheel body 9 and the core metal 1, a rubber-based adhesive such as chloroprene rubber (CR) is applied to the core metal 1 in advance and the adhesive layer 2 Was formed, and reaction injection molding was performed.

く、生産性が向上する。<Operations and Effects of the Invention> As described above, the insert reaction injection-molded product of the present invention is a reaction injection-molded product comprising a polyurethane main body and a metal insert, and the polyurethane main body being formed by reaction injection molding. Since the polyurethane main body and the metal insert are integrated with each other via a surface treatment layer formed on the surface of the metal insert with a coupling agent containing an amino group, as shown in Examples described later. As compared with the case where the rubber adhesive is used, the adhesive strength (peeling strength) higher than that (particularly in a high temperature atmosphere) can be obtained. Therefore, as a pretreatment of the insert in the reaction injection molding, instead of applying the rubber-based adhesive which is not good in workability, surface treatment work with a low-viscosity coupling agent that is easy to handle may be carried out, and productivity can be improved. Is improved.

The adhesive strength was close to, or equal to, or higher than that of the reference example using the CR-based adhesive in each atmosphere of normal temperature and high temperature. On the other hand, each comparative example surface-treated with a coupling agent containing a functional group such as an alkoxy group / epoxy group other than an amino group and a mercapto group showed only a small adhesive strength (especially under a high temperature atmosphere. Almost no glue).
