Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide superior acoustic characteristic and an inexpensive speaker device by solving a subject such as the disturbance of a sound pressure frequency characteristic and the much usage of a sound absorbing member concerning the speaker device utilized for a television receiver, etc. CONSTITUTION:A system is constituted in such a way that a first reflection plate 15 and the second reflection plate 16 connected to a side wall 31 are arranged at one side of the front surface of a speaker unit 18, a gap 21 is provided so as to open into a space part 22 with some distance, the forth reflection plate 24 is arrange at the front surface of the speaker unit 18, which is the facing side, the third reflection plate 23 indepefidently arranged so as to permit a start end part to be placed at this side of the terminating part of the forth reflection plate 24 is formed and the gap 25 is made to open into the room of the sound absorbing member 12. By this configuration, the disturbance of the characteristic because of standing wave is restricted, the quantity of the sound absorbing member 12 can be cut down by half than heretofore and the drop of the sound pressure of a middle and high frequency range is restricted so that the speaker device where voice clearness is improved is obtained.

The operation of the conventional speaker device configured as described above will be described below. First, when an input signal is applied to the speaker unit 8, the diaphragm 9 of the speaker unit 8 vibrates, and its sound wave is emitted from the opening 3 of the acoustic tube 1 through the sound path 4 inside the acoustic tube 1. .

However, since the acoustic impedance greatly changes at the opening 3 of the acoustic tube 1, a part of the sound wave is reflected and returns to the sound path 4 to form a standing wave, and the acoustic tube 1 has a long length. Due to the standing wave generated at this point, the reproduced sound pressure frequency characteristic is severely disturbed with a peak dip.

However, the sound absorbing material 2 disposed inside the acoustic tube 1 absorbs and suppresses each standing wave to produce a flat reproduced sound pressure frequency characteristic. That is, the sound absorbing material 2 plays an important role in the reproduction principle of this type of speaker device.

Further, the first reflector 5 and the second reflector 6
Is arranged so that the sound emitted from the diaphragm 9 of the speaker unit 8 and enhanced by the narrowing portion 7 of the throat is not absorbed by the sound absorbing material 2 as much as possible, and also acts particularly on the correction of the middle range. As a result, natural sound reproduction is made possible by the opening 3 of the acoustic tube 1 which is elongated and has a substantially rectangular shape.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional structure, as shown in FIG. 3, a large amount of the sound absorbing material 2 provided to suppress the standing wave generated inside the acoustic tube 1 causes the sound waves of the middle and high frequency components to be absorbed. However, there is a problem that the sound pressure is lowered because the sound is absorbed. However, the first reflector 5 and the second reflector 6 are provided for the purpose of preventing this phenomenon. As shown in 29 of FIG. 2, the reproduced sound pressure frequency characteristics of the conventional speaker device are shown. It is not enough to prevent the sound pressure drop in the middle and high frequencies, and the reproduced sound pressure frequency characteristic is disturbed to have a large number of peak dips, which causes a problem that the clarity of the voice is lowered. Further, in order to suppress the standing wave, the sound absorbing material 2 has to be used in a large amount, and there has been a problem in terms of cost.

In order to solve this problem, a speaker device according to the present invention has a front surface of a speaker and an acoustic tube for guiding a sound wave having a rectangular opening, which is coupled to the inside of the speaker. A first reflector having a certain length from the front surface side toward the opening of the acoustic tube and integrally arranged in the sound path so as to be connected to the sidewall, and the first reflector and the sidewall of the acoustic tube. And a second reflection plate independently arranged from the front surface of the speaker such that the terminal end portion is closer to the opening side of the acoustic tube than the start end portion of the first reflection plate and the first reflection plate. The gap between the second reflection plate and the second reflection plate communicates with the space formed between the second reflection plate and the side wall and has a certain distance, and from the front side of the speaker to the side facing them. A fourth reflector plate and a second reflector plate facing the opening of the acoustic tube. The third reflecting plate is arranged independently so that the starting end portion comes before the terminating end portion of the fourth reflecting plate, and the sound absorbing material is arranged between the third reflecting plate and the side wall. The gap between the reflection plate and the third reflection plate is configured to communicate with the room of the sound absorbing material.

With this configuration, even in a speaker device having a horn or an acoustic tube whose opening has an elongated rectangular shape in consideration of incorporation into a device, the first reflector and the second reflector installed inside the acoustic tube are provided. The space formed between the reflector and the side wall of the acoustic tube resonates with the gap formed between the first reflector and the second reflector, and two independent reflections occur inside the acoustic tube. A plate is provided, and the gap between the two reflection plates is made to pass through the room of the sound absorbing material to absorb sound, so that standing waves generated in the pipe are mutually absorbed and flat characteristics are obtained, and further, the two independent reflection plates are provided. It is possible to improve the sound pressure of 500 to 5 KHz, which is an important frequency band that constitutes human voice, by combining the components set to emphasize the frequency band of 5 KHz, which is not possible with conventional products. It is possible to realize the improvement of the clarity of the voice, which was not possible.

In particular, by changing the size and material of the sound absorbing material by changing the combination of the size of the space and the width and length of the gap, the standing wave generated inside the acoustic tube is suppressed and the acoustic characteristics are improved. In addition, the sound pressure can be made flat, and the sound pressure is less reduced compared to the method of suppressing the standing wave generated inside the acoustic tube by using only the sound absorbing material used in the conventional speaker device. Since the amount of sound absorbing material used is half, the cost can be reduced.

The operation of the speaker device of the present invention constructed as above will be described. First, when an input signal is applied to the speaker unit 18 for full-band reproduction, the diaphragm 19 of the speaker vibrates, and its sound wave is guided to the opening 13 of the acoustic tube 11 through the sound path 14 inside the acoustic tube 11. At that time, the sound pressure of a specific frequency band is emphasized by the length of the first reflector 15 and the standing wave generated by the length of the acoustic tube 11 is suppressed by the space portion 22 and the space portion. The resonance phenomenon caused by the combination with the gap 21 having a distance so as to communicate with 22 and the sound absorbing material 12 installed on the rear surface of the fourth reflecting plate 24 are absorbed to comprehensively control the mid-high range reproduction band. Therefore, it is possible to improve the sound pressure in the middle and high frequencies, which is an important frequency band that constitutes human voice.

As described above, the speaker device according to the present invention has an important frequency band 500 that constitutes human voice.
In addition to being able to improve the sound pressure up to 5 KHz, it is also possible to completely absorb the standing wave generated in the pipe by using a sound absorbing material and a resonator in combination, and it is possible to reduce the peak dip. Playback sound pressure frequency characteristics can be realized, excellent acoustic characteristics with improved clarity of voice that could not be achieved with conventional products can be realized, and since only half of the sound absorbing material is used in the middle and high frequencies It is possible to realize a speaker device that is less costly to deteriorate sound pressure and is superior in cost.
