Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify work execution by using a U-shaped anchor bolt instead of a straight anchor bolt, and fixing it by a filling type anchor plate by using a screw reinfofcement as the U-shaped anchor bolt. CONSTITUTION:A U-shaped anchor bolt 1 and a reinforcing reinforcement 2 are embedded in a footing, and a base plate 11 is pressed down by a nut 3 and a flat washer 4, and a steel frame column is fixed. When a filling type screw anchor plate is used as the U-shaped anchor bolt 1, a loose hole 15 is arranged in the base plate 11 of a steel frame column base, and the base plate 11 is fixed by a filling type anchor plate 13, and a fixative is injected from an injection hole 14. 着板13を用いてもよい。図3(a)、(b)は、U字
型アンカーボルト1に、ねじ鉄筋を用いその途中にナッ
ト8を挿入し、コンクリートの付着を増強した例を示
す。図3に於いてアンカーボルトの軸力に対してコンク
リートの割烈を防止する場合には、図3(a)における
補強リング12、或いは図3(b)における補強スパイ
ラル筋16を配する。図4(a)、(b)及び(c)
は、U字型アンカーボルト1の配置の例を示す。U字型
アンカーボルトの相対する軸に加わる軸方向力を考慮し
て、力の作用する方向に対しU字型アンカーボルト1が
抵抗できるような配置を選ぶことが出来る。図5
(a)、(b)はH形柱、角形柱の場合に多数のU字型
アンカーボルト1を配置した例を示す。図6にU字型ア
ンカーボルト1にねじ鉄筋を用いた鉄骨柱脚部の詳細を
示す。図6は脚柱ベースプレート11をナット3で固定
し、U字型アンカーボルトに予め張力を導入する場合
に、コンクリートの割烈を防止するため、補強リング1
2を配した例である。図7は充填式ねじ定着板を用いた
鉄骨柱脚部の詳細を示す。鉄骨柱脚のベースプレートに
ルーズな孔15を設け、柱を所定の位置に据えつけると
共にU字型アンカーボルト1の製作誤差を吸収する。柱
脚ベースプレート11の固定には充填式定着板13を用
い所定の締めつけ後、注入孔14より固定剤を注入して
ねじの緩みを防止する。固定剤充填の確認は、充填式定
着板13の上部に固定剤が噴出することによる。軸力の
導入に際しては図2に見るような従来のアンカーボルト
構造では、アンボンドスリーブ7を用いて所定の張力を
導入し固定度を確保しているのに対し、充填式定着板1
3を用いて、ねじの緩みをなくし鉄筋の付着力及びU型
形状による定着で固定度が得られる。
