By the way, in the operation of such an underwater work machine, in consideration of the sway (up and down movement) of the hull due to waves, the wire is slackened with respect to the work machine bottomed on the bottom of the water. It is necessary to keep it. In this case, although there is no problem in a relatively calm sea area such as the bay, in a high wave area where there is a large swell with a long cycle, the degree of loosening the wire also increases due to the large hull of the hull, and depending on the case, extra The length of the wire to be stretched reached 7 m, which caught the work machine or caused irregular winding of the winch, which was a cause of unexpected troubles during work.

In the suspending device of the underwater working machine configured as described above, when the wire loosens following the motion of the hull, the movable sheave moves in the direction away from the fixed sheave due to the pulling force from the weight. However, the looseness of the wire is absorbed. In addition, when the work machine is lifted, the weight of the wire is applied to the wire, which prevents the winch from winding irregularly. In addition, the movable sheave functions as a fixed sheave at the forward end that approaches the fixed sheave. Will not be an obstacle.

The operation of the suspension device for an underwater working machine configured as described above will be described below. The underwater rubble leveling machine 1 is suspended and supported by a wire 12 extended from a winch 11 on a hull 10, and when the wire 12 is unwound from the winch 11, it is lowered onto a rubble mound 8 on the seabed 7, as shown in FIG. The leveling work is carried out with the bottom of the rubble mound 8 being reached. At this time, when the wire 12 loosens following the sway of the hull 10, the load of the weight 19 is applied.
Is transmitted to the traveling carriage 22 in the guide device 20 through the guide device 20, and the traveling carriage 22 and the movable sheave 17 integrally move (forward) in a direction away from the slack prevention fixed sheave 16 according to the degree of the slack. As a result, the looseness of the wire 12 is absorbed. Therefore, the wire 12 is not caught on the work machine 1, and the work can be safely continued.

On the other hand, when the winch 11 is driven in the hoisting direction to lift the work machine 1 after finishing the leveling work in a predetermined range, first, the traveling carriage 22 of the guide device 20 and the movable sheave 17 pull the weight 19 integrally. Moves in the direction of approaching the slack prevention fixed sheave 16 against the force (retraction)
Then, it abuts on the stopper plate 30 on the rear side and the retreat is stopped. While the traveling carriage 22 is retreating, the connecting wire 1
Since a predetermined tension corresponding to the load of the weight 19 is applied to the winch 8, the winch 11 does not wind the wire 12 irregularly. Further, when the traveling carriage 22 is stopped, the rear surface of the traveling carriage 22 is immediately before the rear contact plate 32 comes into contact with the rear stopper plate 30, and the rear surface of the traveling carriage 22 is the rod 35 of the hydraulic shock absorber 35.
The rod 35a collides with a and contracts the rod 35a, so that the impact when the traveling carriage 22 contacts the rear stopper plate 30 is alleviated. Then, after the traveling carriage 22 is stopped from moving backward, the movable sheave 17 functions as a fixed sheave, a large tension is generated in the wire 12, and the work machine 1 is reliably lifted up. The above operation is repeated and the leveling work is continued.
