However, in the assembly structure of the electromagnetic control valve as in the above-mentioned conventional example, the solenoid portion constituting the electromagnetic control valve, the valve passage and the liquid passage related thereto are inseparable. Since it is configured to be incorporated into each control valve accommodating portion of the housing, its structure is complicated, and it takes too much time to assemble a plurality of electromagnetic control valves, resulting in an increase in cost.

According to the present invention, when assembling a plurality of electromagnetic control valves which can be separated into an electromagnetic circuit portion and a valve function portion, first, the individual valve function portions are liquid-tightly mounted in the valve assembly holes of the housing. On the other hand, the solenoid terminal of each electromagnetic circuit section is connected to the wiring board held on the housing cover, and the external case of the electromagnetic circuit section is installed in the valve assembly hole where the valve function section is mounted. The fixed iron core of the valve function part is positioned in the inner cylinder part of the coil bobbin by fitting,
At that time, the play provided between the outer circumference of the solenoid wound around the coil bobbin and the outer case that houses the solenoid allows the coil bobbin to move in the direction perpendicular to the valve operating direction, and also allows the wiring board and the housing cover to move. Since there is no restraint between them, no unreasonable force acts on the connecting portion of the solenoid terminal during assembly.

Therefore, the solenoid valve 1 assembled in this way
Then, when the solenoid 11 is excited, the armature 23 is attracted to the core 21 against the spring force of the spring 26, the valve body 24 is pulled upward together with the armature 23, and the valve seat 25A is opened from the valve body 24. To be done. Thus, the fluid passages 15A and 15B can be opened through the filter 29. For example, in the case of a normally closed solenoid valve of ABS, the fluid passage 15A on the master cylinder side is changed to the fluid passage 15B on the wheel cylinder side. The pressure increasing operation can be performed by communicating with. In addition, the demagnetization of the solenoid 11 allows the valve body 24 to be biased toward the valve seat 25A by the spring force of the spring 26, and the valve closed state can be maintained.

As described above, according to the present invention, the electromagnetic circuit portion in which the solenoid wound around the coil bobbin is housed in the outer case, and the fixed iron core positioned in the inner cylinder portion of the coil bobbin. A plurality of electromagnetic control valves separable into a valve function part formed by arranging a valve member that is attracted to the fixed iron core by excitation of the solenoid and a valve seat member that is opened and closed by the valve member in a valve outer cylinder. In the assembly structure of, each of the valve function parts is liquid-tightly mounted in the valve assembly hole of the housing, and the solenoid terminals held by the coil bobbins of each of the electromagnetic circuit parts are connected to the wiring board on the housing cover. When the outer case of each of the electromagnetic circuit sections is fitted into the assembly hole in the connected state, the outer case of the electromagnetic circuit section and the solenoid of the coil bobbin are wound. Since there is play between the electromagnetic circuit part and the valve function part, the electromagnetic circuit part and the valve function part are integrated into the housing and the housing cover. The valve operating direction between the coil bobbin holding the coil and the coil is absorbed by the play in the direction at right angles, and moreover, the valve outer cylinder of the valve function part is firmly fitted to the inner cylinder of the bobbin, The core can be held at a predetermined position of the bobbin inner cylinder. Further, unnecessary stress during assembly is not applied to the soldered portions of the terminals of each solenoid valve solenoid connected on the wiring board. Furthermore, since the solenoid valve can be divided into its electromagnetic circuit portion and valve function portion to form an assembly, and can be assembled together between the housing and the housing cover, the number of steps can be reduced and the cost can be reduced. .

1. An electromagnetic circuit section in which a solenoid wound around a coil bobbin is housed in an outer case, a fixed iron core positioned in an inner cylinder section of the coil bobbin, and the fixed iron core is attracted by excitation of the solenoid. An assembly structure of a plurality of electromagnetic control valves capable of separating a valve member and a valve seat member that is opened and closed by the valve member into a valve function unit provided in an outer cylinder of the valve. Is liquid-tightly mounted in the valve assembly hole of the housing, and the solenoid terminals held by the coil bobbins of the individual electromagnetic circuit sections are connected to the wiring board on the housing cover, and the outside of each of the electromagnetic circuit sections is connected. There is play between the outer case of the electromagnetic circuit section and the outer circumference of the coil bobbin around which the solenoid is wound when the cases are fitted into the assembly holes. Assembly structure of the electromagnetic control valve according to claim.
