CONSTITUTION:A plasticfoam 30 which is phenolfoam resin mixed with aluminum hydroxide, phosphoric acid ammonium, graphite, an inorganic material or the like, is integrally formed between a back material 22 and a surface material 2 consisting of lengthy slab materials of metal thin slabs, and a soft quality material 42 consisting of sheets of a rubber system and a resin system which acts as a soundproof material, is integrally formed on at least one side of the surface material 2 and the back material 22. Moreover, a male type connection portion 32 and a female type connection portion 36 are provided on both longitudinal side surfaces, and incombustible materials 31 consisting of a calcium silicate slab, a calcium carbonate slab and a plaster board or the like are interposed. Accordingly, a fireproof and soundproof panel which is light weighted and has mechanical strength, can be formed.

However, in a fireproof panel having such a structure, under high heat, the front surface material and the back surface material are deformed in different directions by being pulled toward the heating side due to the difference in heat conduction. Due to this, a gap is created in the connecting part, and heat and flame leak from this part to the other side, and J
There was a defect that the test of IS-A-1304 for a fire resistant structure for 1 hour could not be passed. Furthermore, the soundproofing property of this type of panel is greatly influenced by the soundproofing properties of the front and back materials, and there is a disadvantage that the soundproofing property in terms of sound absorbing properties is lacking.

Further, a fire-resistant panel in which a phenol foam is simply sandwiched between a front material and a back material uses a synthetic resin foam as a core material, and therefore is weak in strength and inferior in bending strength and wind pressure resistance, and at the time of construction. The installation pitch on the frame of the was also short, and there was a drawback that the workability was poor. Further, when a stock solution of resol-type phenol and a curing agent are mixed and discharged, and reactive foaming is performed to form a core agent, condensed water in the reaction is several tens percent of the weight in the phenol foam. It is retained, the moisture vaporizes due to changes in the outside temperature, etc. during the curing period of the product or after the panel is installed, and since there is no escape route, it remains between the surface material of the fireproof panel and the core material, and the fireproof panel surface remains. There is a defect that the refractory panel is adversely affected over time, such as swelling or warping. Furthermore, the adhesive strength between the surface material, the back surface material and the core material is weak, and there is a drawback that the surface material, the back surface material and the core material, particularly the end portions, are peeled off by a small impact. In terms of soundproofing, the performance of the core material was not so high as expected.

In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the present invention forms a non-combustible material on the male and die connecting portions, and greatly improves mechanical strength, fire resistance and engaging force.
Passed the S-A-1304 fireproof structure 1 hour test, and further improved the workability by the inclined surface formed on the upper protrusion, and at the same time, adhered the soft material to at least one of the front and back materials. Fireproofing that greatly improves soundproofing (sound insulation and sound absorption) and also suppresses vibration to prevent peeling,
It proposes a soundproof panel.

Therefore, as shown in the figure, the n-th stage refractory panel 1 is fixed on the frame α by driving the fixture β into the fixing groove 11 with respect to the frame α.

Further, in order to confirm the fireproof property of the fireproof panel 1, a test for a fireproof structure of JIS-A-1304 for 1 hour was carried out, and a satisfactory performance was obtained. Note that the specifications at this time are 0.5 for the front and back materials 2 and 22.
A mm-thick colored steel plate, the core material 29 was phenol foam (density of about 160 kg / m 3 ), the non-combustible material 31 was a 10 mm-thick calcium silicate plate, and the total thickness was about 60 mm. An inorganic packing material 40 made of rock wool felt is continuously formed at the connecting portion γ. Further, the soft material 42 was EPDM and had a hardness of 20 ° and a thickness of 1 mm, and had a cross section shown in FIG.

Further, FIGS. 7 to 9 show other embodiments, in which the inorganic packing material 40 and the waterproof packing material 41 are omitted. Further, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the water blocking material 11a formed in the fixing groove 11 prevents the ingress of rainwater or the like from the fixture β portion and the infiltration of rainwater or the like between the connecting portions γ. It was created for this purpose.

As described above, according to the fireproof and soundproof panel according to the present invention, the mechanical strength of the fireproof and soundproof panel is significantly improved as compared with the prior art. Fireproof structure test of building structure part (JIS-A-1304), fireproof test of building fire door (JIS-A-1311), fireproof warehouse (JIS-S-10)
It has the performance of passing the fire resistance test such as 37). The adhesion between the surface material, the back surface material and the core material is strong, and there is no separation between the members. No deformation such as swelling or warpage appears on the surface material or the back surface material. Since the inorganic board is formed on both sides of the fireproof and soundproof panel, the fireproof performance of the connecting portion, which is the weakest point in case of fire, is significantly improved. The sound transmission loss is greatly improved. Since a soft material is interposed in the contact portion with the body, it has excellent vibration damping properties, and there is almost no risk of peeling of the core material from the front and back materials. The soft material absorbs the unevenness of the body, improving the workability. There are characteristics and effects.
