望の方向に湾曲する内視鏡の湾曲操作装置に於いて、 前記牽引ワイヤが巻回される前記プーリの外周部に凹部
を形成し、 前記凹部に、牽引ワイヤ用貫通孔が形成された筒状部材
を牽引ワイヤの巻回方向に直交する方向から嵌入し、 前記凹部に対応した内視鏡手元操作部の側部に形成され
た開口部から、固定部材を前記筒状部材に挿入して牽引
ワイヤを筒状部材に固定することにより、牽引ワイヤを
プーリに固定したことを特徴とする内視鏡の湾曲操作装
置。1. A pulling wire for bending operation is wound around and fixed to each pulley connected to the left and right angle knobs and the upper and lower angle knobs of the endoscope operation section, and each angle knob is rotated to rotate the inside. A tubular member having a wire through hole formed therein is inserted from a direction orthogonal to the winding direction of the pulling wire, and the fixing member is inserted from an opening formed in a side portion of the endoscope hand operation portion corresponding to the recess.
