Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide hair tonic which contains a specific benzophenone and its derivative as active ingredients and increases trichogenous activity with excellent depilation prevention. CONSTITUTION:The hair tonic agent contains, as active ingredients, at least one or more selected from benzophenone of the formula (R<1>-R<4> are H, OH, OCH3; X<1>, X<2> are H, SO3Na) and its derivatives in an amount of 0.005 to 20wt.%, particularly 0.01 to 5wt.% in total. The benzophenone and its derivatives are, for example, 2,2'-dihydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone, 2-hydroxy-4- methoxybenzophenone, sodium 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone-5-sulfonate, 2,2'-dihydroxy-4,4'-dimethoxybenzophenone or the like, particularly 2,2'- dihydroxybenzophenone is preferred. The hair tonic agent may be formulated into solution, emulsion, ointment and any other forms which may be applied to external skins.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, the causes of baldness and hair loss are activation of male hormones in organs such as hair roots and sebaceous glands, decrease in blood flow to hair follicles, excessive secretion of sebum, and generation of peroxides. Abnormalities of the scalp are considered. Therefore, a conventional hair nourishing agent is generally blended with a compound having an action of removing or reducing the above-mentioned causes. For example, vitamins such as vitamin B and vitamin E, serine,
Amino acids such as methionine, vasodilators such as cembly extract, acetylcholine derivative, purple root extract, anti-inflammatory agents such as hinokitiol, female hormone agents such as estradiol, and skin function-enhancing agents such as cepharanthin are blended,
It is used for the prevention and treatment of alopecia.

That is, the number of mice was 10 per group, and the mice were not applied and were divided into groups of Examples 1 to 9 and Comparative Example 1. The back of each mouse was shaved with a clipper and a shaver, and each sample was treated once a day with 0.
1 ml each was applied. The hair-growth effect of each sample was measured by measuring the hair-growth part on the back of the mouse and compared by the area ratio. The number of days required for the 50% hair growth rate for each sample is shown in Table 3. As shown in Table 3, the hair nourishing agent according to the present invention has an excellent hair growth effect.

(Hair nourishing action test) Next, in order to examine the hair nourishing action of the hair nourishing agent of the present invention, such as hair loss prevention and hair growth promoting effects, a trichogram test was conducted on humans. Examples 1-9,
The hair nourishing agent of Comparative Example 1 was used. The hair roots of the removed hair before and after the use of the hair nourishment were observed under a microscope, the number of resting hair roots was counted from the form of the hair root, and the hair nourishing action of the hair nourishing agent was compared by increasing or decreasing the ratio. Resting hair roots are hair roots that have stopped growing, and it has been recognized that people who complain of hair loss have a higher proportion of resting hair roots than normal people. Each of the hair nourishments of Examples 1 to 9 and Comparative Example 1 was applied to the scalp of 10 male subjects twice a day, 2 ml each, continuously for 6 months, immediately before and immediately after the application for 6 months. 100 hairs were removed from each subject. Each hair root was examined, and the rate of change in the ratio of resting hair roots after application to the proportion of resting hair roots before application was measured. Change rate decreased by 30% or more, 15-30% decrease, ± 15
%, 15 to 30% increase, and 30% or more increase, and the number of persons corresponding to each was investigated. The results are shown in Table 4.
It was shown to. As shown in Table 4, the hair nourishing agent according to the present invention is
Has an excellent hair nourishing effect.
