付け、該板状体にて前記開口部分を塞ぎ、板状体上又は
その上に載置した足場に載って、エレベータシャフトの
内周部の仕上と、エレベータシャフト内への荷台かご用
案内レール、ウエイト用案内レール及び扉案内枠の取付
調整とを行ない、仕上及び取付調整の作業の終了後に板
状体及び支持梁を撤去するようにすると、建物躯体の構
築の初期の段階で、エレベータシャフト周りの開口を塞
げるため、開口養生の経費を大幅に削減でき、かつエレ
ベータシャフト内での仕上、取付調整等の作業を板状体
の上で又は板状体上に載置した足場上で行なうことがで
き、それら作業の安全性が大幅に向上する。 (ロ)請求項2記載のように、板状体の荷台かご用案内
レール及びウエイト用案内レールに対応する部分及びそ
の近傍の部分を除いてあけた開口に前記案内レールを通
し、それらをエレベータシャフトの内周部に取付け、前
記板状体の扉案内枠の敷居の取付部に対応する部分及び
その近傍の部分を除いて扉案内枠の敷居を床等に取付け
るようにすると、荷台かご用案内レール、ウエイト用案
内レール及び扉案内枠の取付調整作業を施工性よく安全
に行なうことができる。 (ハ)請求項3記載のように、柱、梁等からなる建物躯
体を構築しながら、エレベータシャフトとなる開口部分
を除いた梁上の所定の部分にデッキプレート、プレキャ
ストコンクリート板等を載設し、かつ前記開口部分の両
側の梁間に着脱可能に取付けた複数の支持梁に板状体を
着脱可能に取付けて、該板状体にて前記開口部分を塞ぐ
ようにすると、開口養生の経費を最小にすることができ
る。また、開口部分の周りのコンクリートスラブや壁の
構築作業、エレベータシャフト内での仕上、取付調整等
の作業を板状体の上で行なうことができるから、各作業
の安全性が大幅に向上する。 (ニ)請求項4記載のように支持梁として伸縮可能な梁
又は分解可能な梁を使うと、支持梁の建物躯体の梁への
着脱作業が容易になり、施工性が向上する。なお、前記
支持梁は他に転用できる。 (ホ)請求項5記載のように、板状体としてその荷台か
ご用案内レール、ウエイト用案内レール等に対応する部
分及びその近傍の部分を切離し、これらの切離した部分
を開閉又は着脱可能にその他の部分に連結したものを使
うと、荷台かご用案内レール、ウエイト用案内レールを
通す開口等が容易に形成でき、各案内レールの取付作業
等が容易になり、施工性が向上する。
