This will be described with reference to FIGS. 10 and 11. A valve 3 is attached to an air inflow window 2 on the passenger compartment side of a rear pillar 1 of an automobile with an upper end 4 serving as a fulcrum, and a tilting end of the valve 3 is magnetically driven. A body 5 is attached, and a magnet 6 is attached to the vehicle interior side facing the magnetic force responding body 5.

However, in the conventional configuration, when the valve body 5 is closed, the valve 5 abuts on the opening edge of the air inflow window 2, so that the hard objects of the magnet 6 and the magnetic force responding body 5 directly abut each other, and a large noise is generated. As a result, there is a drawback in that the passengers are uncomfortable.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a magnet at either one of a ventilation opening of a ventilation device for a vehicle and a valve body that opens and closes the ventilation opening with a single opening. When the magnetic force responding body is attached to the other side and the magnetic force responding body is attracted to the magnet and the valve body closes the ventilation opening, the magnetic force responding body is moved from the magnet to a predetermined position. A configuration is adopted in which a lip that is separated by the clearance is provided at the contact portion of the valve body with the ventilation opening.

By the lip provided on the valve body, the magnet and the magnetic force responding body are separated by a desired distance to receive the action of the attraction force, so the valve opening pressure is set to a value corresponding to the separated distance,
When the vehicle interior pressure becomes higher than the vehicle exterior pressure and the atmospheric pressure difference exceeds the valve opening pressure, the valve body automatically opens and the air in the vehicle interior is discharged to the outside of the vehicle.

Further, when the valve body is closed, a direct contact between the magnet and the magnetic force responding body can be prevented by the lip provided on the valve body, so that a large noise is not generated.

For this vehicle, it has been confirmed by experiments that the opening of the valve body 15 is optimum from the relationship between the air conditioning performance and the intrusion of dust and the like when the speed is 40 km / h and the blower Lo. As is clear from the figure, the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the passenger compartment 10, 11 is 5 mm.
At the time of Aq, it is necessary to open the valve body 15.

Therefore, the same rubber magnet as that used in the tests shown in FIGS. 5 to 7 is used, and the ventilator is opened so that the valve body 15 can be opened under the conditions of the pressure difference of 5 mmAq and the clearance of 0.8 mm to 1.0 mm. Should be designed, and in the illustrated example, the size of the valve body 15
It was 53 × 47 mm and weighed about 3 g, the size of the opening of the ventilation opening 13 was 43 × 42 mm, and the rubber magnet 16 had a thickness of 0.8 mm.

FIG. 9 shows the relationship between various valve opening pressures and the size of the various clearances in the ventilator 8 of this illustrated example. As is clear from this figure, 5mmAq corresponds to a clearance of 0.9mm. However, the size of this clearance is within the above-mentioned clearance of 0.8 mm to 1.0 mm.

Since the lip 18 is set to a height capable of ensuring the clearance A as described above, the pressure of the valve body 15 in the vehicle interior 10 becomes higher than the pressure in the vehicle exterior 11 so that the pressure difference exceeds 5 mmAq. Then, open it to ventilate the air in the passenger compartment 10.
On the other hand, if it falls below it, it will be closed to prevent dust from entering.

According to the present invention, as described above, the magnet is attached to one of the ventilation opening of the vehicle ventilation system and the valve body that opens and closes the ventilation opening, and the magnetic response body is attached to the other. And a lip that separates the magnetic force responder from the magnet by a predetermined clearance when the magnetic force responder is attracted to the magnet and the valve body closes the ventilation opening. Since it is provided at the abutment part for the ventilation opening, the valve element is adsorbed and held via the lip to the ventilation opening with a magnetic force corresponding to the separation distance determined by the height of the lip. Therefore, even if the vehicle body vibrates when traveling on a bad road or the like, the valve body does not open unintentionally, and it is possible to prevent dust and the like from entering the vehicle compartment through the ventilation opening.

Furthermore, since the valve body is provided with a lip, it prevents direct contact between the magnet and the magnetic force responding body when the valve body closes the ventilating opening. It also has the effect of not giving.
