2. Description of the Related Art As a conventional example, a submerged aerator used by submerging the liquid to be treated in the bottom of a tank or a pond, and a floater above the liquid surface are used to suspend the aerator in water. Some of them supply air into the tank from a pressurized air source outside the tank. As an aeration device that is used by being submerged in the bottom of the liquid tank, there is a device in which an ejector and a diffuser are connected in series to the discharge port of a submersible pump and the inlet of an air introduction pipe to the ejector is exposed above the liquid surface. As such a submersible pump, a so-called vortex pump having an open front surface of an impeller is often used so as not to lock even if foreign matter in the water is sucked. A device that sends aeration by injecting air into water from a compressed air source placed outside the tank is used as an aeration device at the bottom of the tank and below the liquid surface. The one used by suspending it on a floating body is a combination of a pump, an ejector, and a diffuser.

The aeration device in which the ejector and the diffuser are connected to the submersible pump in the water at the bottom of the tank and the upper layer of the tank has the action of strongly stirring the liquid in the tank by the liquid flow of the submersible pump. Because of the strong agitation that accompanies this, if it is used in a place where organic sludge is accumulated at the bottom of the pond, the sludge will float up and the pond will become muddy water, which will be aerated, but for ornamental use. Not used for ponds. Due to the installation environment of the submersible pump, the impeller may lock and stop, and the watertight means (mechanical seal, etc.) to prevent the infiltration of sewage must be perfect, so it is not easy to make at low cost. . Further, in an aerator that sends compressed air into the tank from the outside of the tank, an air compressor and a blower as a compressed air source placed outside the tank become noise sources. Further, the diaphragm pump used for a small glass water tank is often used in a small size, but a vibration sound is audible. An aerator that sends compressed air into the tank can efficiently send air bubbles into the tank, but the air that has been sent under pressure expands when it goes out into the liquid, so air bubbles in the water are large and the aeration effect is reduced.

Next, the operation will be described. When the motor 3 is energized, the motor shaft 3a rotates, the rotating shaft 7 rotates via the shaft coupling 8, and the rotating body 16 rotates. Due to the rotation of the rotating body 16, the central portion of the rotating body 16 becomes a negative pressure, and the muffler 6, the air introduction pipe 5, the inside of the bracket 4, the radial hole 23a,
It passes through the air introduction passage 23 and the radial hole 23b and exits into the rotating body 16. Here, the suction air, which has been mixed in the rotating body 16 with gas and liquid toward the peripheral wall 16a by centrifugal force, is
Diffuses into the liquid through the pores of the perforated plate. These bubbles tend to expand toward the surroundings in the vertical direction by a radial vortex flow, but there are almost no bubbles pointing downward due to the stirring prevention plate 22 provided below.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION (1) In the present invention, a cage-shaped rotating body having a large number of pores on its outer circumference is rotated in water so that the center of the rotating body communicates with the atmosphere. There is little stirring and there is an effect that only air can be aerated. (2) The rotating body rotates quietly, and the operation sound is only the sound of the drive source, for example, the motor. (3) The rotating body has a cage shape, and unlike the pump, it does not require an impeller, a casing, a special shaft seal, or a water seal means, so that it is easy to manufacture and inexpensive. (4) The rotating body is liquid
The pump action against it is small, and the suctioned aeration air pressure is large
The air bubbles are blown out from the pores of the rotating body without
The aeration effect is large with a large number.
