Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide an economical prefabricated floor structure which enables construction of a stage of a predetermined size without always using top boards and folding legs in pairs. CONSTITUTION:In a prefabricated floor structure comprising rectangular top boards 1 and folding legs 11 on which the lower side of each top board is placed and supported, each of the top boards has a connecting hole 2 formed at each corner and each of the folding legs is provided with four expansion lock type leg members 12 each comprising an outer 12A and inner 12B pipe. Supporting members 31D, 310 each having a connecting rod 32 to be fitted into the connecting hole of the corresponding top board and a connecting rod to be fitted into the connecting hole of the adjoining top board are removably attached at least to the upper end portion of the inner pipe of the leg member disposed on the side where the top boards adjoin to one another. Therefore the adjacent top boards can be bridged and supported by use of the connecting rods of the supporting members 31B, 31D as required, and so reduction in the number of part items can be expected by making the number of folding legs used as small as possible.

When a stage is constructed using the assembling floor structure having such a structure, the main leg is expanded into a rectangular shape and each side leg member of the main leg and the upper end portion of the intermediate leg member are extended. After joining the pair of joint legs that have been deployed in an L-shape individually to the floor, this time, if the lower surface of the top plate is placed and supported on the upper ends of the short leg members of the pair of joint legs, As the structure is assembled, the desired stage can be constructed later by arranging the floor structures in four directions continuously.

However, in the conventional floor structure, a stage of any size is constructed on the condition that the top plate and the folding leg are always used in a paired relationship. Even if it does, not only the same number of top plates and folding legs are absolutely necessary, but in particular, the latter folding leg is, as already mentioned, the main leg having six legs and three legs. Since it is composed of a pair of joint legs, the number of parts for constructing the stage is excessively large, and there are significant problems in terms of cost increase and storage space.

In addition, under the conventional floor structure, since the joint of each floor structure is utilized to adjust the height of the top plate, the height of the top plate is changed. In order to be able to adjust freely, a considerable number of joint legs with different sizes must be prepared and placed individually, which not only compels the increase in the number of parts, but also, for example, a considerable number of joints. Even if a leg is prepared and the joint leg is used alone or in combination with the upper and lower legs, there is a limit to the height adjustment of the top plate, and the adjustment work may be complicated.

Therefore, according to the present invention, the top plates are arranged on the side where they are adjacent to each other without always using the top plates and the folding legs in a pair relationship as in the case of the conventional assembled floor structure. By appropriately using the connecting rod of the supporting member attached to the upper end of the inner pipe of the leg member, it is possible to support the adjacent top plates in a bridge state even if there are no folding legs. As a result, the number of folding legs used can be reduced as much as possible, and the number of parts can be greatly reduced. Also, when adjusting the height of the top plate as needed, simply expand and contract the inner and outer pipes that make up each leg of the folding leg, and lock the inner and outer pipes at the required positions. Since it is good, compared to the conventional one, not only the adjustment work of height can be performed easily, but this also contributes to the reduction of the number of parts.

Further, the latter folding leg 11 is composed of four leg members 12, and each leg member 12 is made of an aluminum outer pipe 12A and an inner pipe 12B, as shown in FIG. As a heavy structure, a large number of adjustment holes 13 formed at desired intervals in the vertical direction of the inner pipe 12B are aligned with the lock holes 14 formed on the outer pipe 12A side, and By inserting the lock pin 15 into the holes 13 and 14, the height of the entire leg 12 can be adjusted easily and freely. In addition to this, in the present embodiment, among the four leg members 12, the outer pipes 12A of the two leg members 12 are connected by a fixed connecting rod 16 made of aluminum,
One of the two pairs of leg members 12 facing each other is rotatably connected via a bracket 17 to an aluminum pivotal connecting rod 18.
, But the other of the two pairs of leg members 12 facing each other,
In the free state as it is without connecting with the similar pivotally connecting rod 18, the two aluminum support connecting rods 20 which are detachably mounted on the side of the pivotally connecting rod 18 via the receiving member 19 indirectly. Shall be linked together.

Under the present embodiment, on the premise of this structure, a connecting rod which fits into the upper end portion of the inner pipe 12B of the four legs 12 in the connecting hole 2 of the top plate 1 described above. The support member having the above is detachably attached. Explaining this concretely, the basic structure of the supporting member itself is, as shown in FIG. 7, an inner pipe 12B of each leg member 12.
A cylindrical body 33 that is fitted onto the upper end of the top plate, a flange plate 34 that is welded to the cylindrical body 33 to mount and support the lower surface of the top plate 1, and a connecting rod 32 that is erected on the flange plate 34. However, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG.
In addition to the supporting member 31A having one connecting rod 32 and the supporting member 31B having two connecting rods 32, FIG.
As shown in (B), a supporting member 31C having three connecting rods 32 and a supporting member 31D having four connecting rods 32 are required.

Although there is a difference in the number of connecting rods 32 in any of the supporting members, a lock hole 35 is formed on the side surface of the cylindrical body 33, which matches the lock hole 26 formed at the upper end of the inner pipe 12B.
Is formed, and the lock pin 36 is inserted into the both holes 26 and 35 so that the lock pipe 36 is detachably attached to the inner pipe 12B side, and the connecting rod 32 is also as shown in FIG. The core bolt member 38 is fixed to the flange plate 34 via the nut 37, and the tubular side member 39 surrounds the outer periphery of the core bolt member 38. In particular, in the present embodiment, Since the lower portion 39a of the side member 39 is made of a deformable rubber material, by tightening the core bolt member 38, the rubber material portion 39a is deformed and bulged outward to form each connecting hole. By making pressure contact with the peripheral surface of 2, the connection hole 2 and the connecting rod 32 can be securely fitted and locked without using any locking means.

Therefore, in the case of constructing a stage using the assembling floor structure having such a construction, in this embodiment,
Unlike the conventional one, as shown in FIG. 4, the folding legs 11 are unfolded into a rectangular shape with the help of the two support connecting rods 20, and at the same time, the height dimension of the four legs 12 is changed to the inner pipe. The selection is made by selecting the adjustment hole 13 on the 12B side, and thereafter, the connecting rod 32 of the supporting member attached to the upper end of each inner pipe 12B is fitted into the corresponding connecting hole 2 of the top plate 1. The flange plate 34 of each support member can be obtained by simply tightening the core bolt member 38 constituting the connecting rod 32 in the vertical direction.
Thus, the top plate 1 can be reliably placed and supported at a desired height position.

Explaining one example thereof, if it is assumed that a stage is constructed using nine top plates 1,
As shown in FIG. 8, a support member 31D having four connecting rods 32 is attached to the inner pipe 12B of the leg member 12 arranged on the side where the corners of the four top plates 1 are adjacent to each other. A supporting member 31B having two connecting rods 32 is attached to the inner pipe 12B of the leg member 12 arranged on the side where the corners of the two top plates 1 are adjacent to each other, and the supporting member 31B is arranged on the other side. Leg material 1
The support member 31A having one connecting rod 32 is attached to the inner pipe 12B of No. 2, and the four folding legs 11 are provided.
9 are arranged vertically and horizontally at a predetermined interval, and thereafter, as shown in FIG. 9, if the folding legs 11 and the top plate 1 are sequentially placed and supported within the intervals, the folding legs 11 and the corresponding top plates can be supported. It goes without saying that 1 is directly supported as it is, but the top plate 1 on the side where the folding legs 11 are not present can be placed and supported in a bridged state by the four folding legs 11. The number of folding legs 11 used can be greatly reduced.
It should be noted that this is merely an example, and the three connecting rods 3 are formed according to the size and shape of the stage to be constructed.
It goes without saying that similar rationality can be obtained by appropriately selecting the type of support member on each side, including the support member 31C having two.

When the stage is disassembled, the top plates 1 are separated from the folding legs 11, the supporting members are removed from the inner pipes 12B of the leg members 12, and the support connecting rods are provided as shown in FIG. Needless to say, if the folding legs 11 including 20 are folded in parallel, the top plate 1 and the folding legs 11 can be separately stored as in the conventional case, but in this case, too. Due to the small number of 11, the folding work of the folding leg 11 is not only labor-saving, but also has an advantage that the storage space is narrowed.

In this embodiment, the connection holes 2 formed at the corners of the top plate 1 are formed in a penetrating manner, which means that the rubber of the side member 39 constituting the connection rod 32 is already described. Material part 3
Besides the advantage that it can be locked by utilizing the bulge of 9a, the top plate 1
Since it is possible to use both front and back surfaces of the top plate as a stage surface, if different designs are given to the front and back surfaces of the top plate 1, it is possible to construct a stage having two types of stage surfaces with the same structure. .

As described above, according to the present invention, by adopting the above structure, the top plates are adjacent to each other without always using the top plates and the folding legs in a pair relationship like the conventional floor structure. By appropriately using the connecting rod of the supporting member attached to the upper end of the inner pipe of the leg member arranged on the side, it is possible to support the adjacent top plates in a bridge state without the folding legs. Therefore, by doing so, it is possible to greatly reduce the number of parts by reducing the number of folding legs used as much as possible when constructing a top plate of any size. Further, even when the height of the top plate is adjusted, it is sufficient to simply extend and contract the inner and outer pipes constituting each leg member of the folding leg and lock the inner and outer pipes in that position. Not only is it easy to adjust the height, but this also makes it possible to expect a reduction in the number of parts.
