In the above-mentioned conventional bogie, the necessary equipment is attached to a necessary part, and the lower part of the bogie is uneven, and there is no one that regulates the air flow in the lower part of the bogie. For this reason, the air flow in the lower part of the bogie is disturbed, a complicated vortex is generated, which causes noise, and there is a problem that the vortex causes the ballast installed in the track to be rolled up and scattered.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In the bogie frame of a railway vehicle,
In order to ensure its running performance, the main motor, brake device, gear device, etc. are installed efficiently. However, these devices are configured with optimum shape and dimensions, and are not necessarily in an orderly and smooth state when mounted on the bogie frame. For this reason, a method has been devised in which a smooth cover is provided at the bottom of each device to regulate the flow of air.

The basic structure of the lower cover is to cover the space between the left and right wheels and the space between the front and rear axles. However, in the case of an electric trolley having a main electric motor and a gear device, the front and rear directions of each device are different. It is also conceivable to configure between the mounting brackets. Also in the left-right direction, it may be possible to extend to the lower part of the side burr and consider the air conditioning between the front and rear axle boxes. Further, the cover is designed to be easily attached and detached in consideration of maintainability, and an inspection window is provided in a necessary portion to facilitate maintenance work. The material of this cover needs to have sufficient strength against vibrations and flying stones, and it is conceivable that it is made of steel thin plate, aluminum alloy plate, aluminum honeycomb material, fiber reinforced plastic or other composite material.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS In the present invention, the flow of air on the lower surface of the bogie is made smooth by attaching a bogie cover to the lower surface of the bogie.
FIG. 1 is a plan view showing a case where a truck cover 12 according to the present invention is attached, and FIG. 2 is a side view of FIG. In the figure, the same reference numerals as those of the conventional example indicate the same members. Installation seats are installed under the main motor receiver 13 and the caliper receiver 14,
The cover 12 is bolted so that it has sufficient strength against wind pressure and vibration during high-speed traveling. By installing the cover 12, it is possible to smooth the lower surface of the bogie, suppress the generation of noise, prevent the disturbance of the traveling wind, and suppress the scattering of ballast. Equipment damage due to ballast scattering can be prevented.

3 and 4, in the same manner as FIGS. 1 and 2, in the bogie cover 12 of the type in which bolts are fastened to the lower parts of the main motor receiver 13 and the caliper receiver 14, the wind that hits the center pin 10 from the front and rear direction is further prevented. Therefore, an example in which the vertical plate 16 is provided so as to fill the gap below the lateral tension 15 will be shown. FIG. 5 shows a front view of FIG. Thus, by closing the space of the horizontal tension with the vertical plate 17, it is possible to prevent the noise generated by the wind hitting the center pin 10.

The embodiment of FIGS. 7 to 9 is based on the trolley cover 1.
2 is extended and expanded to the lower part of the wheel set 1. By doing so, the smooth portion of the lower surface of the bogie becomes larger than that in each of the above embodiments. As for the mounting method, bolts are fastened to the main electric motor 7 at both ends, and bolts are fastened at the positions of the main electric motor 13 and the caliper receiver 14 which are the same as those in the embodiment of FIGS. Further, since the truck cover 12 serves as an inter-spring member and is displaced due to the spring flexure during traveling, it is necessary to open a gap with the wheel shaft assembly 1. Further, since the lower part of the gear device 17 cannot be fixed, the trolley cover 12 is cut out in the lower part of the gear device 17. According to such a configuration, since the lower surface of almost the entire bogie is smooth, it is possible to further reduce noise and prevent scattering of harast.

An embodiment in which the width is narrowed to the inside of the wheel in consideration of removal of the truck cover 12 will be described with reference to FIG. That is, the trolley cover 12 has fewer mounting members than the embodiment shown in FIG. 7 and the lower part of the caliper brake is open, so that the holding and inspection can be easily performed.

In the embodiment of FIGS. 13 and 14, in the bogie cover shown in the other embodiment, an inspection hole for maintenance work is opened in the center portion, and a lid 1 for closing the inspection hole during traveling is further provided.
8 is attached and the lower surface is made smooth. A lid seat 19 is provided at the edge of the inspection hole, and the lid 18 is pressed against the lid seat 19 from below and fastened with a bolt.
