なため、円筒と回転軸の清掃を容易に行うことができ
る。

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】粉体供給装置から供給される粉体と、捏水
供給装置から供給される捏水とを混和装置で混和してめ
ん生地を生成する製めん機において、一方の端部側面に
粉体の入口を設けるとともに他方の端部側面に粉体と捏
水との混和物の出口を設けた円筒と、該円筒内に挿入位
置して高速回転可能なビーター翼を設けた回転軸と、前
記円筒一端部を着脱可能に支持するとともに前記回転軸
を回動自在に支持する回転軸受を設けた第1の支持手段
と、前記円筒他端部を着脱可能に支持し、前記回転軸の
他端を着脱自在に支持するとともに回動自在に保持する
回転軸受を設けた第2の支持手段と、前記第1の支持手
段と前記第2の支持手段を支持するベース部と、前記第
2の支持手段を前記ベース部と着脱可能とする固定手段
とを備えたことを特徴とする製めん機における混和装
置。
